Floramühle is a holiday home with 3 units that can be rented as one unit. All apartments are lovely furnished according to a motto. Look forward to the Alt Pankow with historic furniture, Marrakesh with North African flair and Berlinale with a stylish film ambiance. You can rent 'Alt Pankow' separately. The allergy-friendly apartments are equipped with modern shower baths, wood and stone floors and heated flooring. All richly appointed kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic stove and microwave/Grill. The apartments include a washing machine, cable TV, DVD player and DSL6000 (flat rate is included in the price). The Floramühle was created at the end of the 19th century as a brown beer brewery in the courtyard of a Wilhelminian style house and was converted into comfortable holiday apartments in 2008.

Floramühle is located at the border of the city districts of Prenzaluer Berg and Pankow - peaceful and central. All shops for daily needs, bars and restaurants are located nearby. 'Unter den Linden', Potsdam square, Alexanderplatz, the Brandenburger gate, Reichstag, etc. can be reached in a 10 minute subway ride. The Pankow train station with the central subway line U2 and the important S-train lines S2 and S8 are only 400m away.

Also, uns hat die Floramühle ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand, super ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Geschirr und allem, was dazu gehört. Sauber und neuwertig.

Auch die Lage ist überaus günstig. Zur U-Bahn-Station sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Solange diese nicht fährt, ist ein Ersatzverkehr eingerichtet, der durchgängig und regelmäßig verfügbar ist.

Der Vermieterin gebührt unser Dank. Wir haben uns recht kurzfristig für die Wohnung Marrakesch entschieden und sie hat die Buchung schnell, nett und unkompliziert angenommen. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes stand sie uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Danke dafür.

Pankow ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wunderschöne Gründerzeitarchitektur, sauber und mit netten kleinen Restaurants. Von der Wohnung aus sind mehrere davon schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben z. B. sehr gut und günstig italienisch und mexikanisch gegessen.

Ich würde die Floramühle auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und habe dies in meinem Bekanntenkreis auch schon getan. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.
