Our family-friendly holiday apartment with a balcony offers space for 2 to 8 people. It is made of 1 double room with shower/WC/hair dryer, 2 double rooms, shower with double sink/hair dryer, WC, 2 radio alarms, cloakroom, safe, large eat-in kitchen with cozy corner bench, wall unit, satellite TV and 2 pull out sofas (usable as cots). The new kitchen corner is equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic range, refrigerator/freezer combination, microwave, water cooker and all dishes. Bed sheets, towels will be provided for the length of your stay. The holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. The bedrooms are equipped with full wood furniture/allergy bedsheets. In the cellar you will find a lockable room with a ski shoe dryer. Parking spaces are available to our guests. The stop for the free ski bus is located 30 meters away.

Our house is located in a peaceful, very sunny, but central valley location in the middle of the Zillertal Alps. From the balcony of the holiday apartment you will have a stunning panorama view of the surrounding skiing and hiking regions in the Zillertal Arena, Zillertal 3000 - Horberg, Mayrhofen, etc... An ideal starting point for all summer and winter activities. Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ski tours, ice skating, sledding (natural sledding during the winter, summer sledding run), walks, hiking, climbing, biking, mountain biking, paragliding, canyoning, tennis, swimming (public pools and Fügen spas), playgrounds for children.Iit will surely not be boring. In only a 6 minute drive, you will reach one of the many ski regions. Of course, you can also use the free ski bus, which has a stop 30 m from our house. Very good restaurants, cafes, bars and countless shops are located a few minutes by car or on foot.

This is how you can find us by car:: Coming from Munich - border crossing Kufstein (in Austria, you must buy a highway vignette) - Inntal highway A12 - exit Wiesing/Zillertal - B169 Zillertal federal street to Zell am Ziller - exit Zell Nord - turn right - continue to the village intersection (there is a train crossing here, with gates) - turn right (on the right side you will find the Raiffeisenbank and the pharmacy) - continue straight - cross the bridge to Zellbergeben - turn left - about 1 km straight ahead - pass the Hotel Zapfenhof - first entrance turn right (here you will see a house) - turn right by the stable - turn left after Huaterhof - after 200 m, you have reached your destination.

Ski: Winter fun throughout the year. On the Hintertux Glacier, one of the most beautiful and largest glacial areas in Austria, you can go skiing and snowboarding 365 days a year.

" Wir ( meine 4 Koepfige Familie und meine Eltern ) haben anfang August 9 wunderschoene Tage hier verbracht.Angefangen von den sehr herzlichen und aeusserst freundlichen Vermietern ueber die kompfortablen und geraeumigen Zimmern waren wir restlos begeistert.Wir haben uns hier auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefuehlt und werden garantiert wiederkommen.So muss ein Urlaub sein. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geplegt.Der grosse Balkon war fuer das schoene Wetter geradezu ideal.Ausfluege sind mit oder ohne Auto kein problem.Man erreicht in kurzer Zeit Bus,Bahn oder die Seilbahnstation. "

angenehme Winterwoche

Unsere sechs Wintertage Anfang Februar können wir nur rundherum als gelungen bezeichnen.
Angefangen vom freundlichen und herzlichen Empfang bis zum schönen Wetter und ausreichendem Schnee.
Auch die Wohnung ist bei allen angekommen. Sie ist sehr hell mit einem tollen Blick auf das Tal. Wer möchte hat auf dem ewig langen Balkon genügend Möglichkeiten Sonne zu tanken.
Wir haben das Frühstück immer selbst gemacht und sind abends in 15 Minuten zu Fuß in den nächsten Ort gelaufen. Es gibt viel Möglichkeiten dort gute Tiroler Küche zu genießen.
Angenehm war auch dass sich das Haus abseits der Straße befindet und es somit sehr ruhig ist.
Gleich hinter dem Haus beginnt der Wald und eine kurze Tour zum nahen Wasserfall war im „weißen Winterwald“ sehr romantisch.
Wer nette Vermieter und eine saubere ruhige Ausgangsbasis sucht ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Man sollte allerdings mobil sein (Auto), dann steht der erholsamen Urlaubsfreude nichts mehr im Weg. Bernd
