A main attraction that we want to make you aware of near our apartment is the 'Polo della Moda', the fashion district of Milan. Giorgio Armani's purchase of the former factory buildings and their change into large showrooms and hotel complexes for the fashion world has changed this district into a new, attractive, well-kept and highly modern area. Other fashion creators like Fay, Hogan, Zegna, Gucci...came along with tailors, exhibition rooms, fashion agencies and fashion photo ateliers and have given a lot of value to this region and made it absolutely safe. Visitors interested in fashion have a large selection of exhibitions from top fashion designers that they can look through, right around the corner from the apartment. Directly in the parallel street you will find one of the most important fashion agencies in Milan.
All the way at the top of the apartment you can get to a roof terrace that gives all residents (+ cats) a great view of the district.
