Equipment & Amenities: The house is equipped with aircondition, ceilingfans in each room, 2 LCD TVs, DVD-Player, PC with LCD and highspeed internet, wireless-internet access, Hifi-Stereo, 2 cordless phones, fax, washer, dryer, flat iron, hairdryer. Large garage for 2 cars, a modern gas-grill on the patio, 4 chaise lounges and various pool toys for the kids. Bedding, towels and flatware are provided at no charge. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast-bar, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with icemaker, coffe maker, mixer, toaster. The heated pool (electric) provides a enjoyable water temperature even in the colder months of the year. The pool and patio area is overscreened. As a highlight we offer you a tropical Tiki-Bar at the poolside, as well as a large hammock to relax on the boat-dock with the view over the canal! We also provide some beach chairs and umbrella for your trip to the beaches.
Pool, Patio and Garden: From our own experience we know that the pool and patio are two of the most important places during your Florida vacation. Whether you prefer a relaxing sun bath or a refreshing stay in the pool – most of the time will be spent in the sun. Our guests, especially the kids, enjoy the various possibilities the Residence has to offer. The modern grill turns a typical barbecue into a feast, and cool drinks taste twice as good if they are prepared at our tropical Tiki-Bar. Due to the patio facing south with a nice view on the canal you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. The pool can be heated electrically if needed, providing a convenient temperature even on colder days. Enjoy your snacks or meals on the lanai – a large dining table with room for six people is just waiting to be set. For all sunbathers we offer 4 comfortable chaise lounges and a large hammock which can be used in the garden, on the boat-dock or at the pool.
