Peaceful apartment in a beautiful place!

We have rent the flat in May for four people. We found it big, bright, comfortable and very central. We could do everything we would: shopping, eating, visiting museums, walking in the park and also simply relaxing at home, looking at the people on the bridge… a natural show!
We loved the flat because the beds are very comfortable, the linen and towels were so clean and all is perfectly in order, we felt us at home. Two different bathrooms were perfect; we had privacy and a lot of place for our things. There are even special place for the trolley in the rooms, like in a hotel…
The owner is very kind, helpful and punctual.
In front of the house, on the other side of the bridge, there are a lot of place where to eat: pizzeria Il Casolare (Italian food), café Isabel (very nice people and fantastic cappuccino and ice-creams) and just a block many other exotic places, like The king of Falafel… The Turkish market is wonderful, very funny and offers the possibility to buy food for such a convenient price.
People in the neighbours are very kind and quiet, we felt very safe, also if Berlin is a big town!
We recommend this apartment to everyone, old or young, because there is anything for every people!
We only wonder why the pets are not allowed, because there is place in the flat and in the surroundings that where perfect for a dog!
Owner's Response: I know, it's a shame that pets are not welcome... but if the guests would visit the museums or take the boat trip, they must leave pets at home. I have a dog and I know very well how difficult is for the dogs to stay alone at home! They could bark, expecially if they feel theirself isolated in a strange habitat. This could disturb my neighbours and I don't want it. There is no balcony for them, if they need open air. Another reason is that many people are allergic to animal's hair and, even if the apartment is perfectly cleaned, someone could still feel it. I hope that people could appreciate it!
