Our large villa contains 3 luxury apartments that have been designed to give you top quality accommodation with modern facilities.

We have a gorgeous luxury roof terrace apartment on the first floor that has a wonderful large private roof terrace with your own sunloungers,bbq and a table and chairs for al fresco dining.The views are amazing and you can enjoy watching the sunset on the evening.From the roof terrace are steps down to the heated pool,hot tub and large games area.

The luxury roof terrace apartment has a king size bedroom with top quality bed linen and a mattress topper for your comfort,a large walk in bathroom with a power shower,walk in wardrobes and a lovely lounge with a kitchenette and dining area.

On the ground floor are two poolside apartments.These are lovely and have a double bedroom with top quality linen,a bathroom with power shower and a lounge with a dining area and kitchenette.Outside each apartment is a patio and large bbq area overlooking the heated pool

Our beautiful villa is decorated to the highest of standard and is a fully licensed Casa Rural inspected from the Andalucian tourist board The Junta De Andalucia.Our license number is CR/CO/00320 that we proudly display for all our guests to see.

We offer the most unique facilities including our wonderful heated pool,large hot tub,games area and now new for 2012 Free WIFI to all of our guests.All the apartments have quality in mind and offer the best bed linen and mattress toppers for your comfort and we supply all top of the range towels for the bathroom and christy dressing gowns,perfect to slip on after a relax in the hot tub watching the sunset.

To help you on your packing there is a hair dryer in each apartment and we supply a welcome pack for your arrival so you can unpack and unwind immediately.

There is English/French/German and Spanish tv in all of the apartments and also a dvd player with a selection of dvd's to borrow free of charge.If you want to bring dvds with you also please do.

We also have a cd player in each apartment for your music and there is music channels on the television for you too and also an i pod docking station new for 2012.

Our wonderful villa has a large drive for your free car parking and also only 15 minutes walk away is a fanastic tapas bar called Los Caminos serving cheap drinks and great value tapas,hot and cold and also a range of pizzas and freshly cooked spit roast chickens on a Sunday.

We are located in a perfect position being able to walk to bars which is great for inland Andalucia and also if you want a taxi to go out we can arrange this for you at any time.Within 10 minutes drive radius of our apartments are an aray of many restaurants and shops too so anything you need feel free to ask as we are here to help.

In the area are so many activities for you to do including horse riding,pamper days,beauty treatments and a full selection of Adventure Sports to choose from depending on your preference.If you want any type of activity organising then do ask and i will organise this for you.

Iznajar is only 5 minutes from Casa Pino Solo and there is the largest lake and beach in Andalucia.This is the nost beautiful place to explore and get amazing photos and it is wonderful to be able to have the beach and not be near the coastal crowds.Iznajar is a very special unspoilt tourist area and nearby are many different white washed villages offering different history and things to see and do that are not covered in the Andalucian tourist books.

The luxury roof terrace apartment is absolutely stunning and perfect for and couple or family who want luxury and privacy.It has a king size bed and a large bathroom with a walk in shower.There is a walk in wardrobe area leading into the lounge / kitchenette area.The kitchenette is fully equipt and there is a table and 4 chairs if you wish to dine indoors.In the lounge area there is a double sofa bed that is the best quality sleeping up to 4 people. Leading from the lounge area takes you onto the large luxury terrace which has amazing views and even a private bbq.there are sunbeds and garden furniture for you enabling you to dine al fresco watching the sunset. This apartment has a home from home feel and filled with luxury items to give you comfort.There is air con(at an extra charge of 5 euros per night),ceilling fans and heating for the cooler evenings.Leading from the roof terrace is access down to the heated pool area You have the use of free wifi and an ipod docking station

About Lisa Derry

Myself Lisa and Nigel have been running Casa Pino Solo now for 7 years after making the move to Spain.Previous to this move i spent 14 years managing restaurants after training to be a chef and then moving directions into the management side of things.We both dreamt of our move for a long time and wanted to own a property where we could provide holidays for people and use my skills of hospitality and knowledge to ensure everyone had a great stay.Once we found our property the rest all fitted in to place and now 6 years down the line we have a wonderful complex where everyone has a fantastic holiday.We welcome everyone to come and you will love our accommodation and of course our wonderful area and we would love to meet you all!

After searching all of the South of Spain on the coast and inland Andalucia for around 8 years we eventually found our perfect location,Iznajar.We chose to buy here due its fantastic location and proximity to all the wonderful cities of Andalucia.Our luxury property is only 10 minutes from the main motorway of Andalucia that gives you easy access to tour Granada,Malaga,Seville,Cordoba,Ronda,Gibraltar,Nerja,Priego De Cordoba plus many more places including white washed villages that are wonderful,the real Spain!

Iznajar is extremely popular for tourists as within a 5 minutes drive radius you can be in all of the Andalucian Provinces,Cordoba,Malaga,Seville and Granada making it easy to tour all the wonderful cities but located in a most amazing area and the main A92 motorway is only 10 minutes away,known as 'The Crossroads To Andalucia'.

When you arrive home after a long day touring it is pure bliss to sink into our jacuzzi with a glass of wine and enjoy the heated pool.

Iznájar is a village clinging to the sides of a hill, the remains of a Moors castle at the top looks out over a huge shimmering lake, created as a reservoir some thirty years ago.The beach at Iznájar has white sand and is a perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming and relaxing and there is a lovely beach bar serving food and drinks!If you want to see more of the white washed villages and really get into tapas and life in Real Spain you can visit many including Ronda,Priego De Cordoba,Luque and Baena where the olive oil is made.

Other Activities: Bird watching, pony trekking, painting, beauty treatments, horse riding,quad biking,quad biking

Golf: Antequera Golf Course is only 25 minutes away and a great course and very reasonably priced.

Ski: Sierra Nevada Ski resort is one hour and 20 minutes away and very easy to drive to.There is also a company that will take you skiing if prefered.

We had a wonderful week at Casa Pina Solo. Nigel was fantastic and was forever willing to help in any way. We have already emailed all our friends in Australia and told them this is the best place in Southern Spain. We are currently staying in Valencia at another Villa. It costs twice as much as Casa Pina Solo and has no where near the service or charm.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Everything is perfect in Casa Pino Solo. Nigel and Lisa are wonderfull people; they make you feel comfortable at once. Contact via email and internet was perfect: when you have a question they answer at once. The house offers you everything you want: wonderful views, comfortable bed, perfect shower, swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. Nigel was there every morning, so if there was something you needed he looked after that. The house is perfectly located for nice trips into nature (Fuente de la Piedra, El Torcal) but also to visited Granada and Cordoba.

“Good Times at Casa Pino Solo in Iznajar.”

Three weeks in Jan and Feb at a wonderful place. This is the time to tour if one does not like extreme heat. The propriators, Lisa and Nigel, were so helpful and accessable to us in suggesting places to go and things to do in addition to our plans. The accomodations are great and everything worked. Sat TV in English, French, Spanish and German are available. The terrace in the Sun is great along with the views of the olive groves and the flowering almond trees -- beautiful! This place is convenient to all of the local places as well as the well known cities of Andalucia. Go, stay and viist!

Room Tip: The upstairs rooms/terrace have views in all 4 directions

If you're suspicious about advertisements for rental propeprties you can be sure that with Casa Pino Solo you will get exactly what Lisa and Nigel promise - and more besides. We are old folks who were looking for a place in the country where we could do a bit of touring and - basically - take a break from city tours of art galleries and museum. We wanted peace and quiet, comfort, accessibility to Cordoba and Granada. What we got was all those things and more besides. The upstairs apartment was spotless, well furnished and equipped; the views across olive groves were spectacular, and since there was the best of British TV we were even able to watch Corrie!, Our hosts were there to welcome us and checked in daily to answer our questions or address our needs, and the rest of the time they left us alone. It was so good that we decided to stay two extra nights -- we asked for four, but unfortunately, they were fully booked.

EXCELLENT LOCATION!! EXCELLENT PROPERTY!! EXCELLENT HOSTS!! My wife and I came to stay at Casa Pino Solo for 4 days. We ended up staying 8 days and were very sad to leave. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was fully equipped, spacious and comfortable. Our apartment was part of a large house which can be reserved in its entirety for a large group. * The location is excellent for day trips to the wonderful cities of Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla, Ronda and many other local Andalucian sites which aren’t on most travelers’ radar but are very unique places to see. Don’t miss the Cuevas de la Pileta if you take a trip to Ronda. * The property is wonderful. It has a great pool, a hot tub and is very well kept by the owners, Lisa and Nigel. There are great views of the miles and miles of olive groves and beautiful hills and it is quiet and peaceful. * The owners, Lisa and Nigel, were at the property nearly every day and could always be counted on to help with travel directions, suggestions for places to visit and many helpful hints about Southern Spain. They arranged for us to go on a guided walk nearby with a local man who they know--it was one of the highlights of our stay at Casa Pino Solo. We highly recommend Casa Pino Solo. You will be happy you chose to stay there.
