This confortable apartment is in the eighth

floor, with 130 square meters. There are living

and dining room and 3 bedrooms. The building has

2 elevators, garage space for 1 car, doorman

service night and day, playground and only 2

apartments on each floor.
Nearest Beach : beach at 150 Metres
Car: not necessary

A quiet and safe street in the middle of

Copacabana, 2 minutes walking from the beach

and to the subway. Lots of bus stops nearby.

Restaurants, cinemas, bars and shoppings.

Brasil is the host nation for the 2014
