Our holiday apartment on Grazer Platz, a landmark construction from the 30s, was fully renovated in 2007. Our tenants love the tasteful, friendly and practical furnishing, the peaceful and also central location, the readiness to help and friendliness of the landlords who live in the same house. After long days in Berlin, you will get a real 'back at home' feeling. Your children look forward to large playgrounds, soccer fields and skating areas nearby. You can enjoy your last glass of wine on the covered balcony. Before this, you will be happy about the spacious parking lot situation. Next to the bedroom with two beds, chairs and small work area, you will find a living room with a high-quality sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), a comfortable TV chair and TV, stereo and WLAN. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern, from the dining table you can directly get to the covered balcony.

Nearest Train: Berlin-Südkreuz at 1 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
The apartment is located in southern Schöneberg. The national train station Südkreuz can be reached on foot (from here with the express bus to Schönefeld), the closest highway exit is only a stone's throw away. Parking or environment placards are not necessary, there are always parking spaces right in front of the house. Connection to the traffic: the S-train station Friedenau (S1 to Mitte and Wannsee) can be reached in 8 minutes, the bus 187 (KaDeWe, Kudamm, zoo) in 5 minutes. Neighbourhood: nearby you will find supermarkets, shops for daily needs and a lot of restaurants. The amusement park Südgelände and the public pool 'Am Insulaner' expansive small gardens for jogging and walks, soccer field, playground and skating area are nearby. The castle street and the shopping centre of Steglitz can also be reached easily on foot.

Notes: Bicycles and other devices can be stored in a closed cellar area. The bicycles from the landlord can be rented. The balcony is equipped with four chairs and an ash tray (!!). The kitchen is equipped with spices, oil and vinegar, coffee filters and napkins and enough cleaning supplies. Should something be missing: the landlord lives nearby and would be happy to help you.
