The apartment is new, has central heating, an eat-in kitchen with a dining area, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, large living room with TV & bar, 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds, shower/bath, separate WC, additional shower/WC, sunny, peaceful, central location to the valley station of the Muterer alpine train, Stubaital train (Innsbruck-Stubaital) & the village centre.

Leveled prices according to the number of people, price table = price for 2 people, additional bed € 7 or € 8 more, cheap offers during off season (January; time from Easter to end of June; mid September to December 20) on request;

Level location, terrace with garden furniture during the summer. Ideal starting point for skiing, going on tours, mountain climbing, hiking, slopes from the city, outdoor pool in the city, lake in the nearby city, through the Stubaital train it has ideal connections to the city of Innsbruck or to the Stubai Alps.

Ski regions / alpine regions: From Mutters you can be connected to the ski region of Mutters/Götzens (very child-friendly, no difficult descents) and you can take the ski buses to the ski world of Axamer Lizum and the Stubaital including the Stubai glacier. During the summer, the Muttereralm train leads to a fantastic hiking region with restaurants in alpine pastures.

Mutters is a sunny city at the beginning of the western mountains southwest of Innsbruck. Ideal starting point for alp and mountain hikes in the summer, for skiing in the winter (ski region Mutters/Götzens), because from the city, the Muttereralm gondola train brings guests comfortably into the mountain world. The panorama view of Tirol's mountains is unique. Also, different objectives can be reached easily from Mutters without a car, because with the Stubaital regional train, you can be connected to the city of Innsbruck and to the Stubaital with its special mountain world. During the winters, buses bring you to the Axamer Lizum and the Götzner train. During the summer, a pool and a nearby lake invite you to swim.
