Beautiful house with pool and tasteful furnishings for a great holiday. In this tranquil, beautiful district of Font de Sa Cala it’s easy to relax. The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a guest WC. The cosy living/dining room has a fireplace, TV, hifi and the kitchen has oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The washroom has a washing machine and dryer and is located in the garage. You have a large terrace with your own pool. The house is very well furnished.

It only takes a few minutes to get to the beach, in 5 minutes by car you’re in the centre of Cala Ratjada. Suitable for 4 adults and 2 children."Font de Sa Cala is a small, well-heeled suburb of Cala Ratjada. Font de Sa Cala has its own sandy beach bay and a centre with shops and restaurants. Various sports are available on the beach. It’s only a few minutes by car to Cala Ratjada, well-known for its beautiful harbour, its long promenade, many restaurants, pubs, discos and shops. “Arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement. The basic price is for 4 adults. Extra costs per booking and property is a one-off cost of 150 Euro. This includes energy costs, hand and shower towels (no beach towels), bed linen and final cleaning. The deposit is 30% of the rental price, payable within 10 working days. The remainder must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
