Master bath has walkaround shower and roman tub. Heated pool and spa, open floor plan. We bought our villa in March 2009. It was completly new furnished. Come to the Sunshine State and spend some time at this very exclusive Pool Villa on waterfront location Tropical garden with palm trees, papayas etc. At the pool area you will find a huge gas-grill and romatic jacuzzi. The villa has 4 bedrooms ( sleeps up to 8 ), 2 baths, highspeed internet, free nationwide phone calls, cable TV etc. Spend some romantic nights on our boat dock with your own Tiki Hut. Fully equipped house in a good condition

This house fully lives up to the describtion on the intranet.
It is fully equipped, clean and in a good condition. The pool area is very nice and our kids enjoyed it alot. The surroundings are fine and pretty quiet, so no disturbing roads, machines or fast going boats in the near neighbourhood.
The customer service was fully satisfying, with friendly people introducing the house and boat.
We spend a week in the house and were fully satisfied.
We made bank transfers of the deposit with no problems and recieved the deposit back the day after our return.

The Best Rental in Cape Coral

We spent 8 days at Tropical Breeze and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The home is beautiful and well equipped for any occasion. the pool and lanai are great for swimming and relaxing. We grilled several meals on the new gas grill and were also located near many great restaurants if we wanted to go out to eat. The canal was teaming with fish and added a nice background for the Tiki hut on the dock. We would recommend this home to all and we hope it is available for us again when we return to Florida. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Die Lage am Kanal ist wunderschön, besonders auf der Holzterrasse mit Tikihut hat es uns gut gefallen, weil es noch keine Mücken gab. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Sehr groß, weitläufig, modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Alles neu, alles vom Feinsten. Pool und Haus sehr gepflegt. Lage angenehm ruhig. Auto unbedingt notwendig. Entfernung zu Restaurants 10 Autominuten, zu Shoppingmalls 20 Minuten, zum Strand 15 Minuten. Jederzeit wieder!!!

WOW - was für ein Haus - was für eine Lage !!

Einfach fantastisch !! Leider kan man hier nur 5 Sterne vergeben - sonst wären es 7 gewesen ! Wir buchten mit grossen Erwartungen - wir kamen, nach dem Besuch der Homepage und dem Lesen der bisherigen Bewertungen, mit noch grösseren Erwartungen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht ! Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig schön und ruhig. Das Haus ein TRAUM ! Alles neu - alles sauber ! Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Vor Ort wurden wir von einem deutschen Verwalter betreut, der wirklich äußerst hilfsbereit ist.

Wir haben schon wieder für September 2010 gebucht - das sagt doch alles, oder ?

Nochmals danke, dass wir hier unseren Traumurlaub verbringen durften ! Gruss aus dem Rheinland

Es war der perfekte Abschluss unserer Hochzeitsreise. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Bilder versprechen wirklich was man auch bekommt.. und sogar noch mehr. Der Pool ist natürlich das I-Tüpfelchen. Erfrischend an den heissen Tagen :-). Die Hausbetreuung vor Ort war auch nicht zu beanstanden. Sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter-Familie, dass wir unseren Urlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen durften. Wir können es nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
