Boater's Dream Home with a 7,000# boatlift. Waterfront at it's finest. Intersecting canals on side and back of house. Canal goes to 7 lakes. Fireplace on lanai. Master bath has walkaround shower and roman tub. Heated pool and spa, open floor plan.

We bought our villa in March 2009. It was completly new furnished. Come to the Sunshine State and spend some time at this very exclusive Pool Villa on waterfront location

Tropical garden with palm trees, papayas etc. At the pool area you will find a huge gas-grill and romatic jacuzzi. The villa has 4 bedrooms ( sleeps up to 8 ), 2 baths, highspeed internet, free nationwide phone calls, cable TV etc.

2 Jetskis, ski tube and waterski are available upon request

Relaxing in Cape Coral one week

We stopped by the villa to relax after one week touring in Florida, we were 2 couples with 2 kids each and we fitted perfectly in this beautiful villa.
The pool was the meeting point , we enjoyed it even when it was raining.
We experimented the BBQ to have dinner close to the pool and a bath before going to bed.
Shops are nearby and reaching Sanibel or Fort Myers beaches.
If you are a shopper addict you have plenty of outlets around.
If you like Harley Davidson you can visit the shop in Fort Meyers

We had a perfect relaxing week even if Isaac ruined a bit the weather but luckily it deviated away from Florida.

Nous sommes français habitant la Val d'Oise et nous avons grandement apprécier la qualité relationnelle avec les propriétaires et découvert une villa extra pour nos 2 familles.
La maison est très bien équipée et parfaite pour les enfants, les plages sont à distance raisonnables et les magasins sont très proches.
Un séjour mémorable d'une semaine de détente après un périple d'une semaine. Pour le retour pas de souci pour regagner l'aéroport de Miam, vraiment très bien.

Best of both worlds!!!!!

The home was everything it was described to be. My wife and I commented on how at home we felt, it was very homey.

It was very quiet for being in a City. The neighborhood was unusually peaceful, even on weekends.

The pool and spa were great, any days we were not sightseeing we were in the pool several times. The pool and spa rae internally lit for night swimming.

The Tiki hut is a great spot to kick back, have a drink and throw a fishing line in the water. despite my often lazy fisherman style I caught several very nice sized fish.

I would not hesitate recommending thios property to anyone. The nice thing is as mentioned you get to experieince lots of Floridas wildlife biut are close to shopping, restaurants and lots of things to see and do.

The management company who take care of the property were the best we have experienced yet. They were attentive if we needed anything or had any questions and really made you feel at ease.

Volker and Barbara worked with us via email many times before our actual vacation and were very gracious. The house is beautiful, well maintained and has many "extras" to delight vacationers. Uwe was a wonderful property manager to deal with and we appreciated his kind attention. We had a great vacation!

Our Stay at Villa Tropical Breeze

We found Villa Tropical Breeze to be well maintained and very clean. The owner was extremely helpful with any information we required and always with a quick response. The property management people who the owner uses was very informative, friendly and responsive.

The location is very near central Cape Coral with easy access to Veterans Bridge to Fort Myers with many great places to eat and shop!

The lanai/patio/pool was just great - solar pool especially nice - very very clean.

Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back and would definitely recommend to friends and family!!

Excellent spot to stay

I want to thank Volker and Barbara for letting us rent out this beautiful house. It had everything in it that we needed and it was also in a very beautiful location. My kids had a blast swimming in the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. Definetly will rent this spot again hopefully soon!
