Our pleasant thatch-roofed house in the Klützer Winkel in Welzin and its 1.000m² grounds offer enough room for families or groups. The 200m² big Old Shepherd's house provides on the ground floor and the top floor 6 double rooms, 4 bathroom with showers, 1 separate toilet, 2 kitchens with dishwashers, 2 dining rooms, a large living room, a room with a fire-place as well as a balcony and a loggia. Sat-TV with DVD-Player, Radio and Computer, camp beds, cots and highchairs for children, as well as many interesting books are available. On the large yard you will find a play and sunbathing area with sandbox as well as a rustic outdoor furniture and a grill corner. It offers many facilities for playing, sport and relaxation. A grill, a table and two benches as well as outdoor furniture complete the offer. You can also make phonecalls on the german network. for free. Relax in this large farm with a view over the beautiful landscapes of Mecklenburg, grasing cows, wild ducks, and even herons.
