Located just a few steps to a marina and a beautiful bay beach -picture shown. 100 miles from New York City and 4 miles from the village of East Hampton. Lots of shopping, sight seeing, warm sunny weather and more. House has heated in-ground pool and outdoor shower. Open floor plan with lots of windows and light but plenty of air conditioning to keep things cool.

We tried to rent this house for a week in 2008 after spending a night there with friends during the summer of 2007. Unfortunately, we never heard from the owners and ended up committing to another house for our 2008 weeklong vacation. We wish we could have stayed here, especially after being so disappointed by the place we stayed at this year. The lovely house featured in this ad is charmingly appointed and exudes character and style and warmth and comfort from every corner. It is a real find and for families, it offers a helpful fence around the pool area specifically, rather than just around the premises - making it particularly family-friendly, but not at the expense of luxury, and style.
