New villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa was completed at the end of 2007 and tastefully furnished in 2008. The glass fronts flood the high rooms with light. An entertainment system in the living room and a flat screen TV 102 cm and relax leather sofas are available. A dining room with 8 seats, a separate office with high speed wifi, sofa and TV. All rooms with TV connection and fans. The high-end kitchen with granite coverings leaves nothing to be desired. The large patio with a pool / whirlpool and waterfall (electric heat pumps) has a dining table, chairs and the gas grill in a covered sitting area. Sun screens and 2 fans also belong to this. The available pool covering helps you save energy. Thanks to the west location on a saltwater canal, you can experience sunsets directly by the pool. Very central location, 5 minutes to shopping & restaurants in a peaceful street. New boatdeck.

New villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. : The house was finished at the end of 2007 and tastefully furnished in 2008. The house faces the West and has a very central location and is situated on a peaceful side street. Restaurants and shopping in a radius of 3 km.

Heated pool with whirlpool: Very beautiful pool, electrically heated with whirlpool. Due to the west location, you can enjoy sunsets directly from the pool. A large grill invites you to have a BBQ. In the cozy sitting corner by the pool, you can end a beautiful Florida evening. A pool cover is available and can be pulled over the pool with a few grabs. This helps save energy. Child security provided for the pool and can easily be installed. For a booking with small children, the pool safety will already be installed by the house management upon your arrival. Sun blinds and fans on the patio offer you a cozy stay during hot days.

Recreational activities: Nearby you will find everything you need. Golf, water park for children and adults, boat rentals (you don't need a boat driver's license in Florida), all options for water sports, large shopping malls and the Edison in Ft. Myers or the Miromar about a 30 minute drive towards Naples where you can buy designer clothing for low prices. For golf friends, there are different courses nearby. Art lovers will love the different galleries. Particularly in October, the famous Oktoberfest in Cape Coral offers the feeling of Munich. Also football and baseball fans will have fun. From January to March, many teams train here due to the mild weather in the region.

Beautiful Home

My husband, daughter, and I stayed at this lovely home from June 27 to July 4. The home was exceptionally clean as well as the pool/patio area. It was cleaner than the hotels we have stayed at in the past. My daughter loved the pool especially since it was lit and we could go swimming when the sun went down as the sun makes Florida hot. The screen around the pool kept all the bugs out and the wonderful outside air in. There was more than enough room for the family to relax together yet it was not to big as to where we were falling over one another. We had all the amenities from home so we felt comfortable. The location was close to everything we could enjoy including the beach yet not in an overcrowded tourist type atmosphere. We plan on renting this home the next time we visit Florida.

Im Wonnemonat Mai konnten wir in diesem Traumhaus, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt, unvergessliche Ferien geniessen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und bietet unbeschreiblich schöne Abendstimmungen. Der Standort ist ideal gelegen, denn innert 5 min. kann man Einkaufen gehen oder sich in einem der Restaurants kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen. Weitere Reiseziele können vor Ort vorgenommen werden und sind auch empfehlenswert.
Wir können diese Traumdestination allen Reisenden nur empfehlen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die super Betreuung und den perfekten Service vor Ort.

Ein Traumhaus, wo alle Wünsche erfüllt werden. Unvergessen bleiben die Athmosphäre, der Komfort und die überaus schöne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Rund um den gepflegten, und soo schönen Pool, konnten wir uns entspannen, den Tag geniessen, am Abend die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge bewundern! Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, ruhig, dennoch nahe, 5 Min. bei den Einkaufsläden und Restaurants. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort liess keine Wünsche offen. Ein Haus zum Wiederkommen!!

Traumhaus

Wunderschönes ruhiges Haus direkt am Kanal, ca. 3 Km vom kleinen Strand, ca. 20 Km vom Traumstrand Ft Myers Beach entfernt. Einkaufszenter ganz in der Nähe mit div. Restaurants. Für Kinder ganz toll ist der Aquapark in 10Min.erreichbar. Das Haus ist 1 Jahr alt und dementsprechend sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist komplett, alles ist vorhanden. Das Pool ist mega cool. Alles in Allem ist es ein schönes Feriendomizil. Empfehelenswert für jung und älter. Und last but not least ein unbeschreiblich schöner Sonnenuntergang von der Terasse aus. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr zuvorkommend. Würde es allen empfehlen.
