Egypt is the perfect holiday destination during the whole year that could not offer more diversity. After a flight of only 4,5 h you can enjoy the sun, the Red Sea and the thouands-of-years-old culture. Also the very hospitable people in Egypt contribute to a wonderful holiday. Our apartment is located in Hurghada, about 10 minutes from the airport, in the middle of the newly built residential area 'Mubarak 6'. Not far from the apartment you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, café, dry cleaning, bus stop and taxi rank. Our apartments can accommodate up to 6 people on 90 square meters, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room with dining area and a bathroom. In the garden you will find the pool, the front section is specifically for children with a water depth of 50 cm. The covered terrace invites you to relax and you can also enjoy your meals here.

Our pretty apartment is situated in a quiet residential area that was built only few years ago. On one side you will find the Red Sea with its beautiful beaches and the magnificent underwater world. On the other side there are the mountains of the Sahara desert. The nearest beach is only few minutes away on foot where you can rent a sunlounger for 11 Egyptian pounds (approx. 1,25 Euro). Also on site is a beach bar and sanitary facilities. The pedestrian district ´Village Road´ can be reached within 15 minutes on foot and there you can stroll around, shop and visit one of the numerous restaurants and cafés.

    On entry into Egypt, it is necessary to purchase a visa at the destination airport, price approx. 25 Euros. It is possible to purchase this visa in advance from us.

Notes: Our apartment has a large living room with dining area, a partially open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and window. The two bedrooms are furnished with a wardrobe and a double resp. a single bed. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring electric stove, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cutlery for 6 persons. Air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms. Outside you will find the beautiful terrace and the large swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, additionally a shower is available. Smoking is only allowed on the outside.

Now there is also a German supermarket on site. In the internet cafes you can browse the internet for a fee or or you can bring your own laptop as we provide an internet connection (2 Euros per day). With pleasure you can also rent our car which costs 25.00 Euros per day, 100 kilometers are for free. Or use one of the many taxis that happily transport their passengers.

Golf: You will find a beautiful golf course in El Gouna, about 25 km from Hurghada.

Mit gemischten Gefühlen flogen wir nach Hurghada, und dann erlebten wir einen tollen Urlaub. Wetter und Haus, sowie auf den Bildern zusehen ist, stimmten überein. Wir fühlten uns in den 2 Wochen auf dem Grundstück,
sowie auch in Ägypten selber, sicher und sehr gut aufgehoben (wie zu Hause). Um nicht nur in Hurghada zu sein, fuhren wir mit dem Auto problemlos von einer Stadt zur anderen. Der Vermieter erledigte nicht nur organisatorische Dinge für uns, er war auch ein sehr guter Ansprechpartner und Reiseführer. Mann kommt auch ohne Auto in die Stadt, aber mit ist besser. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil und den Urlaubsort nur weiter empfehlen.

Der perfekte Relax-Urlaub !!

Wir (Paar mit Hund) haben in der Villa 2,5 Wochen Urlaub gemacht und alles genau so vorgefunden wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, es war sauber und die Einrichtung ok. Der Vermieter hatte im Vorfeld alles arrangiert und wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. Vor Ort gibt es einen Verwalter der auch jederzeit zu erreichen ist. Der Ortskern von Hurghada ist in ein paar Minuten erreicht. Wir haben immer ein Auto, aber auch ohne ist es kein Problem, die Hauptstrasse ist nicht weit entfernt und dort findet man immer einen Minibus oder ein Taxi. Die kleinen Shops in dem Viertel sind in 2 Minuten Fußweg erreicht.Wir fliegen im August wieder in die Villa und freuen uns schon jetzt.
