The property (16,000 m²) located in the term of LLubí, just 5 minutes from the village, very quiet and private. It is a small and typical house that was used for living while the farm work was done, it has been extended and reformed entirely in 2006. This fine property, having a recent integral refurbishment, offers a very relaxing break in a quiet and peaceful location. However you will not feel completely isolated from the outside world as the town of Llubi is close by offering all the amenities you require. Although refurbished to enhance its old world charm and ensure that this property is around for another 200 years, the finish and furnishings are very much 21st century to make sure your stay is as comfortable and as relaxing as you deserve. Comprising of a kitchen fully fitted open to the lounge-dining room, 3 double bedrooms (2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 singles) with air-conditioning, two bathrooms.

The village of 'Llubí' is situated on land made up of very soft soil, situated in the middle of Mallorca. Lubi dedicates itself to agriculture and cattle breeding. Enjoy the towns traditional Mallorca foods, there are many restaurants to choose from, you can enjoy visiting the shops that demonstrate the typical crafts of Lubi. The village has approximately 2000 inhabitants. Walking around the village is enchanting, and will definitely take your breath away, Llubi is most definitely an authentic representation of the Mallorca way of life. Every year, on the fourth Sunday in November, the historic Town of Llubi holds the 'Fira de la Mel' (the Honey Fair), which is an exhibition of beekeeping! Held in the Market Square, the market is held on Tuesdays, participants come from far and wide to show, demonstrate and sell everything to do with the humble bumble bee! At all other times of the year Llubi remains a traditional Majorcan Town combining the old with the new.
