This guest house consists of 3 apartments – each with a separate entrance - which can be hired in combination or singly. There are 2 complete apartments and a separate guest room with bathroom and TV. So you can accommodate up to 8 (max. 10) persons. It is located in a small, tranquil side street away from the village. The sea, beaches, bars, restaurants, disco scene and shops are all a few minutes away on foot. The apartment is ideally located between there beaches: Son Moll, Cala Agulla and Cala Gat, 5-10 minutes away on foot on the one hand you have rest and relaxation, on the other lots of leisure activities for a lovely, interesting holiday. Cala Ratjada town is in the north east of the island, on the southern side of a tongue of land stretching into the sea. Originally it was just Capdepera harbour, but nowadays it’s the second largest fishing harbour on the island. Capdepera castle – the island’s capital during Roman times – has an enchanting view of this fascinating bit of land. It has picturesque scenery, picture-book beaches and a really unspoilt little harbour village with quaint nightlife, so Cala Ratjada is a very popular holiday resort for young and old, singles and families. From Cala Ratjada there are various boat trips. There are no sky-scrapers in the town centre. The town features the harbour, typical little old Majorcan fishermen’s houses, a church and Pine Square, where every Saturday there’s a market.
