Photos and Description of the Marbella vacation rental Nice apartment, fully renovated, 2 bedrooms comfortable for 4 people

Comfortable and cozy apartment on the second floor in a well-kept building with an elevator. The garden with two swimming pools has lots of space in the sun and shadow, really nice for spreading a blanket on the lawn. Feels like a second home, especially for a couple or a family of four. The community has mainly Spanish residents, but there are also some homes owned by people from northern Europe. Nice for people who enjoy a quiet place near the beaches and entertainment of Marbella. Young people looking for busy nightlife would be disappointed. A car is not necessary, as entertainment, a marina, a beach, restaurants and shops are nearby. Parking spaces are limited and sometimes you may need to park far away (10 minutes by foot). As a base for visiting different cities and sights in Andalucía, the apartment is ideal.
