This antique farmhouse has been brandnew refurnished and converted in a luxury holiday domicile. The result is a very tasteful combination of original features and modern design. In the mainhouse the entrance hall is the dining area, an explosive combination of very old and very modern. The small but well equipped kitchen is nearby. From the dining an arch leads to the spacious and confortable lounge with an stove and a panoramic window. Patio doors open to the terrace where you can have your mealsal fresco. Furthermore there is a twin bedroom and a shower room. From the dining stairs leads up to the first floor with a modern shower room, a small individual bedroom, a twin and a double bedroom. A sun terrace with views over a part of the property is ideal to relaxe.Near the pool there is an annex with a modern double room and en-suite shower room.Pine trees give you a shady terrace and bbq area. Lots of mediteranean plants, fruit trees and lawned garden surround the property. Views!

The 18 hole golf place Vall d'Or is reachable in a 7 minute drive. The market towns Santany and Felanitx, as well as the romantic fishing harbours Portocolom and Portopetro are at a 10km distance.
