Traditional built holiday apartment in a quite residential area of the fishing village Pollonia on Milos island. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a two-family house with garden. The apartment has 100 sqm with 2 bedrooms,big living room, large, bright kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, extra WC with shower facility, big veranda of about 70 sqm with sunbeds, table and chairs. There is a private parking. The apartment is only 100 m away from the sandy beach, so 2 minutes on foot and 300 m from the centre of the village with all the stores, but only a partial sea view from the veranda. The apartment is for max. 6 persons by adding an extra bed. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms, ventilator in the living room,TV in bedrooms, stereo, hair-dryer, large kitchen with fridge, freezer compartment, stove, oven ,dishwasher and washing machine. Daily cleaning is included in the rental rate.

Milos is situated in the south- west part of the Agean Sea and belongs to the south cyclades.

You cab reach Milos from Athens by airplane in 25 min and from Piraeus by ferry in 4-5 hours.

Milos has the size of 160 sqkm and can be sailed around in one day. The island has over 70 beaches, remarkable archeological cities and finds, as for example the beautiful Venus or Aphrodite of Milos, but also geological features due to the still active vulcano in 6-8 km depth. Thermal hot springs and gas can be observed in several places .The colourful rocks of Milos vary from white to black and from red to green.

The various large or small paradise-like beaches of Milos can be reached by car, bus sometimes only on foot or by boat. Sports enthusiasts can go hiking, mountain biking, sailing, wind- and kite surfing, scuba diving and snorkeling. The diving school is just 3 minutes away from the house. The beaches of Pollonia are suitable for windsurfing .

Our holiday apartment is on Milos island, in the fishing village Pollonia, only 100 m away from the sandy beach. Pollonia also offers besides clean beaches and cristal clear waters a quite and natural surrounding.There are very good restaurants, taverns, coffee-shops and stores just in walking distance. Directly on the main beach of Pollonia is a safe play-ground with basketball and beach volleyball facilities. There are daily boats to the opposite islands from the small port. The colorful island of Milos has perhaps the most beautiful and diverse beaches of the Cyclades, there are over 70, which wait to be discovered and explored. Milos is also the birth-place of the famous statue, Venus of Milos, which was found just next to the old theatre.
