Villa CHARISMA - a mixture of classic design and high-tech extravagance Villa CHARISMA is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a WLAN High Speed internet connection, landline telephone as welll as SAT-TV, hi-fi unit, LCD TVs in the living room and master bedroom, ceiling fans, washing machine and dryer. The modern kitchen is appointed with a great variety of almost all possible household articles. In the tropical garden there are two bistro tables for 8 people, a huge gas grill as well as a swimming pool. For sunbathing, sun loungers are provided. In the main building, there are 3 bedrooms with 6 sleeps and 2 bathrooms. A separate Cabana with integrated kitchen and bathroom provides space for 2 additional guests. The villa also has a double garage. The villa is located in a beautiful setting in the South West (salt water area), in the peaceful environment of an exclusive residential area.
