Safe and quiet place, inside a condo.Our property is close to a shopping center and some local tipical restaurant.Best restaurants and entertainment places are close by. It's ideally located in a green preserved area between the lagoa and the ocean dunes. You may get with a pleasent walk either to the lagoon or to the the Joaquina beach , between Mole and Campeche beaches. While being in this area,you may get advantage to learn or practice about surf, kitsurf, parapendio, sundbord, diving ... and why not,latin dances class. Easy access to alternative spaces, yoga classes, dance classes, gyms and Buddhist temple.

Siamo stati una settimana in questo bel residence, confortevole , pulito e ben tenuto , ben servito da bus e taxi.
Abbiamo approfittato dei negozi vicini per preparare memorabili colazioni nel giardino e abbiamo goduto le passeggiate quotidiane per attraversare il Parco e andare alla spiaggia della Joaquina , con pochissime persone ed un panorama splendido.
Consigliamo di fare passeggiate tra le dune del parco , dove si possono vedere varietà di uccelli ed altri animali selvatici , ma molte altre sono le spiagge da visitare!...
La sera poi consigliamo il Centro da Lagoa o la Avenida das Renderas, sull' altro lato del parco a 2 km da questo tranquillo residence, dove si trovano numerosi bar , ristoranti, musica, .. prima di rientrare con un taxi .
Molto utili i consigli e la assistenza di Rosane .
