The 300 year-old, quiet and sunny, protected monument Benefice is in Denklingen town centre.

You will stay luxuriously in 2 storeys with very elegant and comfortable furnishing and over 120sq.m in a really cosy ambience.

Once the house served as a retreat for retired rectors and today you have the opportunity to spend a few memorable days off amidst historical walls. In the year 2007 the benefice was very carefully renovated as a holiday home and stylishly furnished with antiques and new furniture.

With 5 stars from German Tourism Organisation DTV the house was recently (August 2013) recognised again. The benefice has 2 portions, one local fire brigade and the other portion romantic, former rectory with small garden . All comforts are provided in 6 rooms for self-caterers. You have a bedroom (possibly. 2nd room), a cosy Bavarian office, a dining room with Swedish oven, television, study room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and sauna in the vaulted cellar..

A guesthouse and a grocery shop are around the corner.

You will enjoy the cosy atmosphere by the side of burning furnace in winter with view of the illuminated church. There are beautiful tours offered in the nearby surrounding. Extensive forests, mountains, lakes and cultural landscape of Upper Bavaria and Allgaeu are right in front of the doorstep. In 35 min you will get to the nearest ski area in winter, beautiful hiking or bicycling tours are offered in spring and summer. Dogs are welcome after registration.

Located directly on the romantic street and at Via Claudia, you will find the benefice in Denklingen town centre. Here is the ideal start point for the most beautiful cycling tours in picturesque alpine foothills. Landsberg am Lech with its historical old town and Schongau in Upper Bavaria are only a few kilometres from Denklingen. You can reach the nearby ski areas e,g. Oberammergau in winter in about 40 mins, in summer you can find small forest lakes, extensive forests or Lech stages in the nearby surroundings. There are mountains nearby (30 km) for hiking and mountain climbing and Allgaeu in front of your doorstep. Tourist attractions like Neuschwanstein or Wieskirche are located nearby. Munich itself can be easily reached in less than 1 hour via B17 and A96. For connoisseurs there are culinary delights in the neighbouring town Leeder.

Brave, clean dogs are welcome in the house after registration.
