The three-room apartment (80 m2) with a large balcony was completely newly restored and furnished. The tastefully furnished equipment will excite you! From your apartment (13th floor), you can enjoy a stunning view of the big city and have a view of the television tower.

Sleeping:

1 bedroom with comfortable double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 room serves as a living room with a sofa (bed) and cots, dining area and open kitchen. The beds are equipped with a very good comfort and round off the high quality impression.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is completely equipped (dining table, fridge-freezer combo, hot plates, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, microwave, dishes, pans, and a lot more).

The dining area is equipped with 6 dining spaces.

Bathroom:

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC.

Extras:

The spacious and modern holiday apartment with a balcony is only a few meters from the subway station 'city centre' and is located in the middle of the pulsating heart of the metropolis. The gendarme market, the Friedrichstraße with its first class shops, the impressive boulevard under the Linden (Brandenburg Gate, Berlin cathedral, etc.), Checkpoint Charlie and Potsdam Square can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

By subway, bus or taxi it is 1.5 km to the Alexanderplatz and 4 km to Kurfürstendamm.

Kiez offers you everything from culture (federal opera, museum island, philharmonics, Pariser Platz, Reichstag, government district, etc.) and gastronomy. Nearby you will find the popular restaurants, bars, clubs and labels of the city. The public transportation is great during night and day.

    Provided it is not agreed upon differently, the invoice will be made to the client of the booking.

    Cot and cribs
    - All children under 3 years do not pay a fee in one of the available beds.
    - All older children or adults pay € 10.00 per night and person.
    - In this room there is space for a crib. Extra costs € 4 per night.
    - Cribs are available on request and must be confirmed.
    - Additional costs like for WLAN do not appear automatically in the entire amount and are
    to be paid on site separately.
  • Prices do not apply during the exhibition times. Exhibition times are:
    ITB, Easter, May 1st, Pentecost, Berlin Marathon, New Years.
  • Cancellation
    The tenant can cancel the rental contract at any time in writing. The landlord will try to find another tenant by leaving the apartment free. If they find a replacement rental or the tenant provides for a replacement, the original tenant receives the deposit back in its amount, minus a processing fee of 20.00 EUR. If there is no replacement rental, no reimbursement of the rent will be made, but rather a charge. The customer can look for a new travel date with new prices for the non-booked times of the apartment. The tenant is recommended to take out a trip cancellation insurance if they are not ready to find a new rental period.

Excellent location to see the sights

Just spent 3 nights in Berlin with my wife and 2 friends. This was our first time in an apartment in Berlin and we picked a good one.

The location is first class with a lot of the sights within walking distance and access to the excellent public transport also first rate. There are U bahn stations within a few minutes walk, as well as buses and trams.

The apartment itself was a good size for the 4 of us, 2 full size bedrooms and a sitting room as well as the kitchen and bathroom. Very clean, well maintained and quiet. There is a supermarket a few yards away and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

We bought a 72 hour Berlin Welcome Card which gave us unlimited travel on the public transport and discount at a number of the visitor attractions. Well worth while.

I would be happy to come back to this apartment if we are back in Berlin.

Lovely Apartment, Great Location

Just spent 4 nights in this lovely apartment, It's very central and well maintained. There is a bit of street noise at night but nothing major if your not a really light sleeper.

If you do book make sure to clarify check in arrangements in advance as there was no on-site owner/manager. We had to collect the keys at a different location and make our way to the apartment even though we had been informed we would be met on site.

A late checkout wasn't possible on this occasion however we were facilitated in leaving our luggage so it wasn't an issue.
