Exclusive villa with large pool including pool heating and terrace. The villa is located in an enclosed complex directly by the lake. Club house, fitness and tennis are included. The house is built in a Florida style and very tastefully, light and friendly furnished. The house is very clean and well-kept. In the master bedroom is a sleep number bed, this means you can adjust the hardness of your mattress. You can bring your own laptop along and surf online wireless free of charge. In the house you will find 4 televisions and 4 DVD players. In the garage you will find bicycles, tennis rackets and beach loungers. Beach and golf can be reached in 5 minutes. Shopping facilities like a supermarket, pharmacy, bank, gas station, Starbucks, restaurants and a day clinic are directly across the complex. On the spaciously designed pool area you will find enough furniture and a BBQ grill for your comfort. Enjoy the stunningly, beautiful view of the lake and relax.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im Juli 2009 in der Villa Moonlight. Wir haben ein tolles Haus vorgefunden: Lage, Aufteilung, Ausstattung und Pflege sind top. Selten haben wir im Ausland ein Haus gefunden, welches nach deutschen Standards gepflegt wurde wie dieses. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist komplett, die Betten im Masterbedroom sind individuell in der Härte einstellbar, die Möbel sind sehr geschmackvoll und die Dekoration trägt das Übrige zum Wohlfühlen bei.
Die Außenanlagen sind ebenso top gepflegt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wenige Minuten entfernt.
Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!
