Spacious, welcoming house, 92 m² for maximum 4 persons with panorama view of mountain range and sea. The house is in a well-maintained estate with tennis courts, paddles and restaurants, cafe and bank. The house is in a tranquil location in 620 m² beautifully tended grounds. Pool/terrace and living room are on one level. There’s a pool terrace, a lounger area and a seating area at your disposal. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 levels with a double bed or double sofa bed, a spacious, airy living/dining room with satellite TV and stereo. The kitchen has a cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and kettle. There’s a washing machine downstairs in a separate room (workroom). Services free of charge include bed linen, kitchen, hand and bath towels. A car port is available.

Nearest Beach: beach at 8.0 Kilometres
Monte Pego is roughly in the middle of the Costa Blanca near Denia. It is approx. 100 km from Alicante and Valencia, and both towns have an airport. Shops (Lidl, Aldi etc.) are approx. 8 km away. To get to the long sandy beaches it takes a good 5 minutes by car. Hiking, riding, cycling, surfing, golf etc. are close by. There are lots of weekly markets on different days in surrounding places and plenty to discover. Verghel safari park is at the foot of the mountain and other places to visit include leisure parks, adventure baths and romantic mountain villages.
