Right in the middle of Wyk by the swimming street, located directly by the old city you will find this beautiful residential area only a few minutes walk from the promenade and the beach. Nearby you will find all relaxation and shopping facilities and cafés and restaurants.

Welcome to the house by the old city. In the middle of the center of Wyk by the swimming street, directly in the old city, you will find this beautiful residential area only a few minutes walk form the promenade and the beach. Nearby you will find all relaxation and shopping facilities and cafes and restaurants. The exclusive ground floor apartment number 2 is on 2 levels and is equipped with a patio, tiled stove, sauna and 2 bathrooms. The apartment itself is located in a 2 story residential building with altogether 8 units. We look forward to your visit.

The golf course was expanded in 2008 by 9 holes and starting in summer 2009, it will have 27 holes.
