This Pretty House is over 200 years old and has been renovated and extended to ensure modern comforts whilst retaining its original character. The downstairs has a large lounge, dining room, kitchen, toilet, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there is a mezzanine sitting area, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with balcony and a shower room. Outside there is a covered porch with a large dining table and BBQ. The house is set in 4000m which are maintained sustainably to promote biodiversity. There is an organic vegetable patch, lawn areas surrounded by a wide variety of plants and several terraces. The beautiful Natural Swimming Pool (3x9m swimming area) uses no chemicals as the plants in it purify the water. Butterflies, dragonflies, frogs, and a variety of birds ensure there is always something to watch. This unique property is ideal for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. The location also makes it an ideal base to explore the island.

Finca Son Sitges is situated in the countryside 2 kilometres from the small village of Llubi in a beautiful rural landscape of small farms and oak woodlands that has changed little in centuries. The village is famous for capers and honey. It has a supermarket, several small shops, cafes, and 2 restaurants; there is a small market every Tuesday. The larger towns of Inca and Sineu are less than 10 minutes away. Son Sitges location makes it an ideal base to explore the varied landscapes that Mallorca has to offer. The long sandy beaches of ´playa de muro´ are about fifteen minutes away, and are backed by the S´Albufera wetlands reserve, considered one of the best birdwatching locations in Europe. The rural heart of Mallorca famous for its vineyards is just a stones throw away. Within 35 minutes you can reach the Tramuntana and Levante mountain ranges, many more beaches, and mallorca´s capital city Palma with all its shops, museums and historic buildings.
