Beautiful, in 2004/2005 totally updated and remodeled home for up to 4 people on a fresh water canal with intersection view. An unbelievable house with two bedrooms, an office, two living rooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Almost everything is NEW. The house has a heated pool (electrical), high speed internet, a gas grill, beautiful landscaping, huge garage for 2 cars, kitchen with Silestone countertop and huge walk-in-closet. Of course the house is fully equipped (A/C, dryer, washer, dishwasher, microwave, 3TV, DVD, high speed internet, phone, towels, linens, pots, pans ...).

Wir haben im April/Mai 2009 das Haus Sunshine drei Wochen bewohnt. Neugierig, wie Internetpräsentation und Wirklichkeit übereinstimmen, betraten wir das Haus. Und siehe da, alles war so, wie es sich auf der Sea Breeze Seite präsentierte. Das Sunshine ist ein optisch einfaches Haus, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was der Mensch so braucht. Da wir das Haus nur zu zweit bewohnt haben, hatten wir natürlich jede Menge Platz und vor allem einen Pool für uns alleine. Für fünf Erwachsene ist das Haus aber unserer Meinung nach etwas zu klein. Zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder sind okay.
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da rechts und links keine anderen Urlauber gewohnt haben, konnten wir uns prima in den Tagesablauf der amerikanischen Nachbarn einfügen. Alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind in der Nähe und schnell erreichbar. Generell ist Cape Coral ein guter geografischer Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflugsziele.
Wir können Sea Breeze nur empfehlen. Von der Buchungsanfrage bis zur Schlussabwicklung hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch wenn mal Probleme während des Aufenthalts aufgetreten sind war immer schnell Hilfe zur Stelle.
