JAYCEE is a very well maintained home with an outstanding pool area. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, tastefully tiled in all great room areas. It feels open and bright inside. The glass sliding door between living room and lanai vanishes completely. Wonderful italian tiles on the whole pool deck. There is an outside kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, sink, gas grill, granite counter. Even the pool features a bar with granite counters and sun the whole day, if the umbrella is not used. You can stay in the pool for a long time because of the low chlorine salt system. This pool is awesome! It also features a waterfall (vanishing edge) and an electric heat pump. Lighting inside the pool and the deck pavers makes the outside area ideal for entertaining. Using a rental boat, you will be in the Gulf of Mexico within a few minutes, no bridges or locks! Shopping (Publix) and restaurants are about 3 minutes away. Royal Tee Golf Course (three beautiful 9-hole courses) is just around the corner.

Located in a quiet area of Cape Coral. Nice area, nice neighborhood. Fantastic view of the gulf access canal. Great pool area. Golf course nearby, also shops and restaurants.

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat bezüglich der Lage, Austattung... waren korrekt. Das Haus ist super schön und war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Wir wurden durch den Vermieter gut betreut und bekamen auch Ausflug- und Shopping-Tipps. Es ist also sehr empfehlenswert.
