• We are a local real estate brokerage, 10 years in business, are fully licensed and all prepaid funds will be held in escrow (!) until you arrive in the house you choose and we prepare for you.

• We have an average occupancy rate of 80% per year. More than 55% of all bookings are returning customers or referrals.

What a lovely house! It's in a quiet neighborhood and close to all the shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We loved the huge lanai, especially it's privacy. There was always a place in the sun or in the shade. The house is beautifull decorated. We've really had a wonderfull vacation! Anne and Philippe from the Netherlands
