Das Haus hätte auch die Einstufung ausgezeichnet verdient, wären da nicht das zu kleine zweite und dritte Schlafzimmer gewesen. Dies ist
auf den Bildern im Internet nicht ersichtlich gewesen. Wir waren eine
Gruppe von 6 Leuten ( drei Ehepaare ). Ein Ehepaar hat 5 Sterne geschlafen und gebadet, die beiden anderen nur 3 Sterne.
Das übrige Haus ist sehr luxuriös und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr komfortabel. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Terasse mit der sehr bequemen Bestuhlung wurde von uns täglich genutzt, wie auch der Swimmingpool. Die Lage des Hauses am Kanal war sehr schön und vor allem sehr ruhig. Die Mietabwicklung durch Sea Breeze International Management Corp.
war tadellos und sehr freundlich, Herr Rotthaus hatte nach vorheriger
Anfrage sogar den Kühlschrank zum Urlaubsbeginn gefüllt.
Alles in allem waren es zwei sehr angenehme Ferienwochen im Haus
Nikos.
Ich werde das Haus sicher weiter empfehlen.

Eine Anmerkung: Für Florida-/Cape Coral-Verhältnisse sind die beiden Gästezimmer im Haus Nikos sehr GROSS. Wie in den USA meistens der Fall, sind die Gästezimmer aber kleiner als das Hauptschlafzimmer und Hauptbadezimmer. Dies führt bei zwei oder drei anreisenden Paaren logischerweise zu der Frage: "Wer nimmt den Mainbedroom und wer die Guestbedrooms?". Als Lösung kommt dann nur die Anmietung eines weiteren Hauses in Frage oder eines Hauses mit ca. 400-500 qm und zwei oder drei Main Suiten. Kontaktieren Sie uns bitte für die genauen Grössen der Schlaf- und Badezimmer.
