Photos and Description of the New Zealand South Island vacation rental Cosy farm cottage, sleeps 4, (max. 50), two seperate rooms

The well presented holiday cottage is on the farm by a swiss family. We have a kiwifruit orchard and mother cows, two horses, goats and so on. The accommodation is spacious with a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV and stereo. The extensive, flower and tree garden invites you to rest. A BBQ and outside dining table offer you to enjoy and cook your meals in the fresh air. The first of the numerous beaches and bays you will reach in ten minutes by car. Hire a kayak, go fishing, have a safe swim in the shallow water or a nice walk at the beaches! We are just one km from the Takaka River for swimming. Pynes Ford a well known lime stone rock climbing park is near by.

Golden Bay is hiding at the northwest corner of the South Island of New Zealand. You will reach this unique part of unspoilt world by driving over the Marble Mountain. Our farm lies in the valley between the sea and the Kahurangi National Park. From here you have easy access to the Abel Tasman National Park, world famous for their golden beaches. The contrast on the west site of Golden Bay impresses people with their originality and wildness of Wharariki beach and the huge sand dunes at Farwell Spit. Pupu Springs are the biggest fresh water springs in the southern hemisphere. An average of 1400 lt cristall clear water bubbles per secound out from the deep lake. Takaka township is 3km far from the accommodation which offers a variety of shops, pubs, cafes, museum and a unique cinema 'The Village Theatre'. Artists are stimulated from the variety and beauty of this place. May also you will feel the same.
