The property is set in three quarters acres of Gardens for your personal use, with access to fruit trees depending on the time of year + Pool + Fitness Gym (Rowing machine, Cross Trainers etc.) & Games Centre- Table tennis + pool table, football table, air hockey table, bicycles. Bus stops are one minute away from your apartment, which takes you straight to the capital (Bridgetown) and to various beaches in Bridgetown and outside Bridgetown. West coast beaches are 10 mins. drive away. Local buses will takes you to Warrens shopping mall, supermarkets, local shops, food stalls etc (approx. 5 mins bus ride from your Apartment). Fares are BD$1.50 (50p) will take you to any destination. Local shop is 2 minutes walk from your apartment.

The property is situated 15 minutes drive away from Sandy lane golf course, and there are several prestigious hotels along this golden west coast, such as Sandy Lane, Treasure Beach, Tamarind Cove, Discovery Bay, Sandpiper, Colony Club and Coral Reef Club, all of which offer nightly entertainment and welcome visitors for either drinks, a restaurant meal or BBQ accompanied by a flaming limbo floorshow.

Fantastic ! Cannot wait to stay again!

We recently visit Barbados for a week in May . We rented both villas ( Yardes & Eullen ).Our family had an absolutely fantastic time thanks to the staff and accommodations. The rooms was very clean and the grounds were incredibly nice. The staff( mr lucky) was very accommodating as we arrived 2 hours early for check-in, but he was able to ensure that the two villas was clean and assist us with our baggage.
The villas was in a great location ( 10 minutes). to the beach and the capital - bridgetown). Rigjht in the middle of the West coast with all its attractions.
Great place we will stay again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great venue for a family holiday

The accommodation is exceptional if you have a large family and need the peace and quiet. The pool and gardens are well maintained.
The apartment is located in a picturesque area with lots of greenery . The complex is located near shops and restaurants are 5 minutes drive away.
Value for money great, local village people are very nice and helpful.
I definitely will be using again.

Great place for families with children

A great place for my kids. They love the games room and the acre of land to play football. My older son love the ffitness centre and then jumping into the pool to cool off.
Facilities great, I love all the palm trees
The property was clean and well maintained
The cable tv did not offer all the channels you required, some of the was blocked. The property was great for transport , bus stop only 1 minute away. We were provided with a good customer service by the caretaker.
I would recommend the property to a friend, as it is great for families with children.
They need to update their games room with games machines like xbox360
