Photos and Description of the Sineu vacation house rental 3 bedrooms, 6 people, 2 patios, pool usage

Self-catering (breakfast upon request). Accommodation for the summer and also for the winter, because there is a fireplace. The house was built in 2006/2007 and has three house parts. The middle wing forms the holiday home. On the top floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a covered balcony. On the ground floor you will find a large living room, dining room, guest bathroom, kitchen with storage room and also a covered patio with a separate large lawn area. The communal pool is 14 x 6 m large and is filled with salt water and thus has no chlorine. The pool entrance with about 6 m2 is especially ideal for small children with about a water depth of 40 cm. The salt water pool is surrounded by a wood patio (150 m2) with enough sun chairs and sun umbrellas.

Kommen, schauen, staunen, nicht wieder weg wollen

Wir haben Ende Oktober 5 sehr erholsame Tage hier verbracht. Auch wenn wir nicht so ein traumhaftes Wetter und 21° C Wassertemperatur im Meer gehabt hätten, wäre dieser Kurzurlaub wunderschön geworden.
Das Haus ist ein Traum: sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll und ausgestattet bis in`s Detail. Herr M. ist immer im "Hintergrund" da und ist ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Sehr angenehm! Man ist hier hin- und her gerissen, ob man einen Ausflug ( Palma mit der Bahn, Traumstrand in 20 Minuten etc.) machen soll oder doch lieber am Haus bleibt.Einfach den Luxus der schönen Landschaft vom Pool aus geniessen, die Ruhe auf Terasse und Balkon, gemütlich bei Kaminfeuer auf dem Sofa kuscheln.....
Mallorca von seiner schönsten Seite geniessen ist hier gegeben, da man ein Auto braucht und somit mobil ist. Durch die zentrale Lage ist alles gut erreichbar. Nach Strand, Bummeln, Shoppen o.a. zurück kommen und sich zu Hause fühlen.
Wir kommen im August wieder und können es kaum noch abwarten!

Hang loose in Son Bachs

Meine Familie und ich haben im Juli/August 2009 15 Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht. Ich möchte mich den positiven Bewertungen meiner Vormieter gerne anschließen. Das Haus entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung und der Vermieter kann nur als positiver, für alle Belange des Mieters offener Ansprechpartner beschrieben werden. Er bewohnt selbst ein anderes Teil des Anwesens und ist damit oft ansprechbar. Was bei anderen Anmietungen eher ein Nachteil sein könnte, ist hier klar von Vorteil!
Ohne Frage ist der Pool natürlich vor allem für Kinder der Hammer. Insbesondere ist das Salzwasser sehr angenehm, da damit z.B. auch das bei anderen Pools negative „Chlorimage“ wegfällt!
Ein Auto braucht mal auf jeden Fall, da alle Möglichkeiten des Einkaufs nur mit diesem erreichbar sind.
Wer seine Bücher aufgrund von Gewichtsbeschränkung der gewählten Airline zuhause lassen muss, kann sich im großen, gut gefüllten Bücherschrank des Hauses etwas zum Lesen aussuchen. Annährend jeder Geschmack wird bedient. Schön sind auch die Terasse im Erdgeschoß und der große Balkon mit Zugang zum Gästezimmer.

Traumurlaub in Traumhaus mit Traumausblick

Wir durften 14 traumhafte Tage in einem wunderschönen
Feriendomizil verbringen.Es handelt sich um ein komplett
eingerichtetes Ferienhaus das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Ob Terrasse mit Gasgrill oder Balkon am Schlafzimmer.
Wlan, Stereoanlage direkt am Pool mit ipod und Usb Anschluss sowie zwei liebenswerte Familienhunde.
Die Beschreibung wurde sogar noch übertroffen.
Ein überaus netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter rundete den Gesammteindruck letztendlich vollständig ab.
Um den Urlaub geniessen zu können,ist ein Auto unbedingt nötig.Wir haben in den 14 Tagen ca 1700 Km abgespuhlt.
Da das Objekt sehr zentral liegt,ist jedes Ziel auf der Insel in weniger als 45 Min.zu erreichen.
Zu empfehlen wäre z.B.eine Segelkatamarantour ab Calla Radiada oder einfach einen Besuch auf einem der vielen
einheimichen Wochenmärkte die täglich in verschiedenen Orten der Insel stattfinden.(Dienstag in Sineu)
Fazit,wer Mallorca von seiner natürlichen und schönen Seite kennenlernen will,ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
Wir können eis nur empfehlen!!!!!!

schön aber nur mit Auto

Ein sehr hübsches Anwesen mit nahezu perfekter Ausstattung ein wunderschöner Pool ein sehr gepflegtes
Umfeld und eine schöne Terrasse im EG.
Absolut ruhige Lage und ein sehr freundlicher und
hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Für Reisende die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen sehr zu empfehlen.
Kritik - etwas zu dunkel in der Küche (soll abgestellt
werden durch Abzugshaube mit Licht) und die letzten
300m zum Anwesen sind eine Belastungsprobe für die Reifen (sehr langsam fahren).
Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Entspannung pur!

Wir haben 1 Woche im April 2009 zu Zweit im Ferienhaus gewohnt und waren total begeistert.
Es handelt sich um ein super gepflegtes und top-ausgestattetes Haus mit jeglichem Komfort (sogar w-Lan) und das gesamte Anwesen ist einfach nur beeindruckend. Die Lage ist ideal für Ruhesuchende und Naturliebhaber - liegt aber auch so günstig, daß man in wenigen Autominuten schöne Strände und andere Ausflugsziele erreichen kann.
Leider konnten wir witterungsbedingt den Pool noch nicht benutzen - aber das wird bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt nachgeholt. Stattdessen konnten wir lauschige Abende vor dem Kamin verbringen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ausgesprochen nett und wir fühlten uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir können das Ferienhaus somit uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen (hoffentlich schon bald) wieder.
