Park Apartment is located in the center of Vienna and offers you a luxurious interior design concept with a comfortable and private atmosphere. The city park, Musikvereinssaal, opera, theatre, and the best restaurants in town are all within walking distance. Our services include airport transfer, parking garage in the building, bed-linen, towels, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, weekly cleaning, wireless LAN, cable television and a DVD player with a variety of DVDs as well as a concierge service. The apartment is self catered, but upon arrival you will find a refrigerator filled with the most important food, like milk, butter, jam, honey, bread and a bottle of sparkling wine. We can organise daily cleaning at an extra cost in addition to the weekly cleaning.

Being in the historical center of Vienna you will find shopping and culture within walking distance. From the living room window there is a view of the popular city park, which offers intricate walking routes, jogging possibilities, culinary delight at the famous four star restaurant Steirereck, and culture at the Kursalon with daily Johann Strauss concerts. You can also discover Vienna by taking a ride with one of the famous horse carriages, the Viennese Fiaker. An extended carriage trip takes you around the Vienna Ring with numerous historical buildings and other interesting monuments. The Gartenbau promenade, located at the entrance of the Park Apartment, also accommodates the 5 star hotel “Palace Coburg”, where most celebrities resides during their stay in Vienna. Saint Stephan’s Cathedral, the landmark of Vienna and the Kohlmarkt, Vienna’s golden mile, can also be discovered by walking through the historical centre of the city.

Arrival and limousine service: If you are planning to stay over a week we would be glad to place a limousine service at your disposal. It includes transport from and to the airport. We offer you a free parking lot in the building, should you be travelling by car. The elevator will take you directly from parking garage to apartment 29a. We would be pleased to send you a route planner upon request.

Culinary delight and night life: You will find some of the best and well-known Viennese restaurants in the vicinity. To name just a few: 4 star restaurant Steirereck in the city park, Plachutta known for its famous beef variations, Palais Coburg with the largest wine cellar and supplies in Europe, marvellous Viennese Beiseln and wine bars. For an unlimited night life there are numerous dance clubs, discotheques and night clubs to visit.

Close to the Park Apartment you will find the Ringstrassengallerien shopping mall with many shops in each price class. The probably best known pedestrian zone in Vienna, the Kärntnerstrasse, can be reached within a few minutes of walking. There is a grocery shop in the vicinity.

Great Location and perfect apartment!

We rented this condo already 2 times for a month. The location was just excellent, in the very center of vienna, we had all the cultural attractions in walking distance (Imperial Palace/Hofburg, Spanish Riding School, St.Stephans Cathedral, Opera House etc.). There are tons of restaurants and cafes around. We walked everywhere. The Kärntnerstraße, Graben and Kohlmarkt with all the shops were just 5 minutes away.
The building and the condo were newly renovated, all new and modern furnished and very clean. The owner was very helpful and provided us with great service. What we really enjoyed as well was that there was a hotel and a restaurant on the top of the building with a stunning view, where we had breakfast sometime. So we had the privacy of the condo and still the comfort of a hotel. The location was great, we would recommend this place to anyone anytime, thanks sandra
