The apartment belongs to the superiour holiday apartments because of its excellent exposure above the Costa Adeje and not least by its exclusive interior and the beach is only 5 minutes away. The apartment has a pool in the community park. There is a living-room with an american kitchen and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, mirror cabinet and a hair-dryer. Both bedrooms have a fantastic ocean-view over the atlantic and to the neighboor-island La Gomera. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TV´s with digital satellite programs. More details: washing-machine, Siemens coffee-machine and kettle, toaster, egg cooker, microwave, dishwasher, DVD-Player.

The apartment is located upside of the Costa Adeje with a wonderful view over the whole coast and over Playa de las Americas. While viewing above the Atlantic, you can see casually also the neighboor-island La Gomera. In the evenings you have a fantastic view over the sea of lights from the city. But also the view to upstairs is it worth: You can enjoy the panorama over the mountains to the Roque del Conde. The location is quiet and although central, because you can get in a few minutes with the car to all beaches of the Costa Adeje and Las Americas. Also to the pictoresque harbor of Los Cristianos is not far away. A new attraction is the SIAM-Parc and the Aqua-Parc Octopus. Shopping facilities are also nearby. Las Americas is the tourist center from Tenerife with scores of restaurants, bars, bancs and sports activities. The climate is mild all over the year.

This was a well presented, smart, modern and clean apartment. The views from the terrace were stunning and it was a pleasure to relax there at anytime of the day.
The apartment, along with the complex, was quiet, spacious and the facilities were first class. Having UK terrestrial TV, although not essential, was a bonus. A car is essential and with it, all the attractions are only minutes away. I would recommend this apartment to friends or any group wanting a quiet relaxing holiday.

We found the apartment very clean, spacious and quite, with a big terrasse to relax overlooking the whole of Costa Adeje and Playas de Las Americas, a car is definitely needed for families or people who doesnt like walking. We walked down and took taxi back 3 euros. We used busses to sightseeing. As a whole we found the apartment a very relaxing place.

Sehr netter Kontakt, hervorragende vor-Ort Betreuung. Die Anlage Casa Blanca ist super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Das Appartment hervorragend ausgestattet (Küche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine) Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Schränke, alles sauber und ausreichend vorhanden. Die grosse Terasse hat einen Traumausblick. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und ausreichend gross zum schwimmen. Ansonsten sind es nur 7 min zum Fanabe Strand und zum Zentrum El Duke, in direkter Nähe ein grosser Mercadona sowie zahlreiche Restaurants und Bar's. Alles in allem die perfekte Unterkunft, gerade für Familien mit 1-2 Kindern. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Angaben im Inserat. Die Terrasse ist grösser als auf dem Bild zu erkennen. Die Grösse war für uns (4köpfige Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern) absolut ausreichend. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit liessen keine Wünsche offen, lediglich der Pool war während unseres Aufenthalts im März wegen Renovierungsarbeiten nicht zu benutzen.
Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und die Kontaktperson auf Teneriffa war perfekt.
Owner's Response: Vielen Dank für das Kompliment! Um den Pool in der Anlage wurden im März neue Platten verlegt, mittlerweile erstrahlt er wieder in neuem Glanz.
