Watch Florida birds right from your backyard! The home was built in 2005 and very attractively furnished in the fall of 2008. Several stores and restaurants along Santa Barbara Blvd. are only minutes away by car.

Cape Coral is a popular destination for guests from all over the world, offering a wide selection of beautiful vacation homes, many of them on the water. Local attractions include the SunSplash Waterpark in Cape Coral, the Edison Home in Fort Myers, and of course the fabulous beaches along the Gulf coast. Worth mentioning in particular is Sanibel Island, about 35 min away, which features some of the best beaches in the world if you are a shell seeker. Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay, is about a 2 hr trip; the Zoo in Naples and Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary are about 1 hr away respectively, and to reach Mickey in Orlando, calculate about 3 hrs.
