We welcome you to a dream vacation in our holiday house on La Palma. Enjoy the magnificent panorama view over the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean on the sunny Westside of the island. The finca is situated absolutely secluded and surrounded by nature. The house is built in traditional canarian style and combines the harmonic ambiance of the wooden pitched roofs with comfort and luxury. Relax under the pavilion of the sunny terrace surrounded by a sea of flowers. Enjoy your char-grilled food from the brick built barbecue. The holiday house is located on a 12,000 m2 bio finca with almond, avocado, palm trees and beautiful endemic plants. You can start most impressive hiking tours directly from here. We live close by and are happy to offer friendly service and advice in English if needed. Our 8 year old son is always excited to welcome your children. The next beach is only 20 minutes away in Tazacorte.

The holiday house is located on the sunny Westside at 650 m altitude. The next village is Tijarafe, a very rural and peaceful place. The area aound the finca is characterized by overgrown gardens of charming old abandoned farm houses, miriads of wild flowers and endemic plants. The magnificent blossom of the almond trees during January and February is famous. A secluded lookout over the Caldera and the harbour of Tazacorte is only a short walking distance from the house; a wonderful place to relax and get away from it all. Legend has it that this is the place where the men of the last king of the original inhabitants Tanausu saw the arrival of Spanish fleet – the place is marked with petroglyph stone carvings.

The house is situated absolutely secluded about 100 meters away from the next neighbour. On 100 m² it offers ample space with 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a well equipped modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Large panoramic windows provide undisturbed views over the Atlantic ocean. The spacious terrace with large table, chairs and two reclining chairs with cushions offers our guests wonderful panoramic views and stunning sunsets. Living room and bathrooms are equipped with floor heating for the cooler days of the year. You can also enjoy the cosy fire place in the living room. There is satelite TV, microwave, telephone and washer.

Some of the most beautiful marked walking routes of La Palma are accessible on foot from the house. You can hike down the king’s path to the harbour of Tazacorte or climb up along the edge of the El Time to the Torre del Time with breathtaking views into the Caldera crater. One highlight for the ambitious hiker is the tour from the Roque de Los Muchachos which you can walk directly to the house (5 ½ hours). You can go shopping directly in the small village of La Punta (5 minutes by car); the “second capital” of the island, Los Llanos is only a 25 minutes drive away. The next beach is 20 minutes away in Tazacorte, where you can also enjoy the local restaurants for authentic Spanish cuisine and fresh fish.

wir können die bisher einzige bewertung nur voll und ganz bestätigen. tolles haus, toller vermieterservice, schöne einrichtung (kein billigramsch wie oft in ferienhäusern.
wir können dieses haus und die vermieter nur herzlichst empfehlen (...und erst die maulbeeren im garten)

Viele Jahre Erfahrungen mit Ferienhäusern bzw. -wohnungen haben uns gelehrt, dass man nicht alles glauben sollte was in einem Inserat so steht. Dagegen kann man hier aber schon den ersten Pluspunkt vergeben. Alle Angaben im Inserat haben wir vor Ort auch so bestätigt gefunden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Vermietern empfangen und haben von ihnen viele wertvolle Tipps bezüglich Wanderungen und Restaurants bekommen. Das Haus und das ganze Anwesen sind sehr gepflegt, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, selbst ein Aussengrill ist vorhanden. Das Haus liegt auf der sonnigen Westseite der Insel und bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen, d.h. man kann das Auto (das man auf La Palma unbedingt haben sollte) auch mal stehen lassen und direkt vom Haus aus los laufen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. ein kleiner Sparmarkt und ein Bäcker befinden sich in der Nähe.
Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen und angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen auch gerne wieder.
Daher können wir das Haus jedem empfehlen, der sich für einen Urlaub auf dieser schönen Insel entscheidet.
