Central and yet quiet house, completely renovated in 2008-2009, with lovely new furniture. New fitted kitchen with dishwasher, and Heißluftofen hobe. Comfortable seating in the dining and living room invite you to the DVD evening, games night or just to relax. The ground floor is a bathroom with shower, on the first floor a large bathroom with corner tub and two bedrooms for 2 persons, one of the two bedrooms has a fixed cot. In the attic there is a large studio bedroom with 7 beds, double beds as needed to Draggable. The garden with a terrace behind the house in summer invites you to cozy barbecue and sunbathing. The large playground for children is an ideal place to romp and play.

Special conditions for residential with children on request.

For families with children, or residential at a disadvantage, there is no seasonal price differences.
