Lone standing bungalow on a 30,000 m² natural property from which 10,000 are covered by well-kept grass where there are 11 houses and they are surrounded by olive, orange and other fruit trees. It is only about 700 m over the sand dunes to the stunning sand beach. The closest taverns can be reached in 200 m, it is about 800 m to the village center with all of the shopping facilities - Kaffenia. The house has a covered patio with a BBQ area (partially secluded) outdoor shower, clothes holder, parking space. Bungalow for 4 people. About 60 m² living space + about 10 m² covered large patio with tasteful garden furniture made of wood. Eat-in kitchen with table and chairs, 2 electric stove tops integrated into the counter, ventilator, steel sink, refrigerator, mixer, coffee machine, toaster. 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning. Bathroom with shower/WC, glass separation (see photo).

It is hard to believe: even after 30 years, the following quote from the Stiftung Warentest is still valid for the real Greek city of Kakovatos on western Peloponnes: 'Also the most beautiful beaches of western Peloponnese are not crowded: here you will find tranquillity and peace.' (from the test SH III-IV/76 the Stiftung Warentest). A kilometer long sand beach from the north to the south and further along the city invites you to go jogging, horseback riding, surfing, swimming and relaxing. The city has a center with a platia, church, cafes, restaurants and all shopping facilities. The food in the local taverns is good and a bargain compared to the other tourist, more lively cities. There are no huge hotels or mass tourism. Only a few holiday homes and apartments in the village and on the edge of the villa are rented out by the locals.
