The villa is 3 miles from the motorway & 15 min. from Disney. There are supermarkets, shopping centres and Florida attractions nearby. The villa has a lake view as well as a view of the golf course. This is open for guests and the tennis courts as well. The house has a master bedroom with TV and its own bathroom and jacuzzi. The 2nd double bedroom also has a bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds separate bathroom. The bathroom has a hair dryer and towels. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped. The living room has a large TV and DVD player. The house has wireless internet access, a CD player with connections to all the bedrooms and the pool. A washing machine and dryer are provided. The dining room is off the entry way. The heated pool has lighting and is protected by an alarm system on the doors. Also provided: grill, child's bed, high chair. Golf cart use for 18 yrs. or older.
