This terrace house has 2 entrances and one terrace on the street side and another on the sea side. The bedrooms are very large by Spanish standards and contain a large storage area (built-in cupboards). There is also a large cellar with washing machine. As you can see from the pictures, all floors are beautifully tiled. More detailed description under 'furnishings'.

This house is on the Costa Calida (the hot coast) in the romantic fishing village La Azohia. It has the hottest and most consistent weather in all Spain. You can sunbathe from May till October. Its elevated location allows a fantastic sea view. It’s about 5-6 minutes on foot to the beach. You can reach here via Alicante airport (approx. 125 km away) or Murcia (San Javier 50 km away). The town of Puerto de Mazarron with approx. 25,000 inhabitants is about 5 km away and the town of Cartagena with approx. 180,000 inhabitants is 18 km away

Das ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer schönen, ruhigen Gegend. Diese Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Meer ist schön und sauber. Ganz gut geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder hinfahren!

Erholsamer abwechslungsreicher Urlaub

Wir haben in diesem sehr schönen, ruhig gelegenen Reihenhaus schon zweimal Urlaub verbracht (September 2005 und Juni 2008). Das sehr gut gepflegte Ferienhaus kann man nur empfehlen! Es ist großzügig ausgestattet und hat alles, um sich Wohlzufühlen. In diesem Ort stehen nicht nur Sonne und Strand an erster Stelle der Urlaubsfreuden. Vor allem die tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sollte man unbedingt nutzen. Für den Besuch der herrlichen Umgebung braucht man aber unbedingt ein eigenes Fahrzeug. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist vorhanden. Die Bodega gegenüber ist auch nicht zu verachten. Die Weine – frisch vom Fass und auch zum Mitnehmen – sind süffig und sehr preiswert. Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen und wir werden bald wiederkommen.
