The Villa Holly Bay is located in the south-west of Florida in the city of Cape Coral on a stunning, wide canal. From the beautiful villa you will need only a few minutes to get to the Gulf of Mexico with your sail boat or motor boat. The villa is located directly at the beginning of the city of Cape Coral in one of the most central and beautiful regions on the peninsula, absolutely peacefully located in a cul de sac. You will have a stunning view of the wide canal, your deck and a large boat lift. The Villa Holly Bay offers space for 6 people. Equipped with three friendly and peaceful bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a well-lit, open kitchen with a bar and large dining area directly by the pool and a cozy living room - the house has about 170 m2 of living space. The villa is completely new equipped with everything that you need for a stunning, sunny and relaxing holiday. Let yourself enjoy the beautiful villa.

Destinations: There are 40 different parks and lakes in Cape Coral along with countless dream beaches like Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. You will find water parks, fun parks and everything fun directly on-site. Not far away, a few hours drive away, you will find Disney World with all of its attractions, Bush Garden and countless other parks.

arrival with airplane and car: Flights from Germany with Air Berlin from Dusseldorf and Munich non-stop to south-west Florida International Airport in Fort Myers (only 20 minutes from our villa). Alternatively, a lot of airlines fly to the airport in Miami (2.5 hours from our villa) or Orlando (3.5 hours from our villa). Rental cars are inexpensive and can be rented from agencies like Alamo, Hertz, Budget and can be brought back to the airport directly. For the booking, a credit card is usually required. You will receive directions to the Villa Holly Bay in advance from our management.

Safety standards: Our holiday home was built in 1966 and was completely modernized by us in December 2008. The holiday home has completely new furnishing. In the villa you will find a hotel safe for your valuables, but this is to be used at your own risk. There are also hurricane shutters and hurricane kits in the case of emergency. These can be installed by the management if needed and can be described to you. The management on-site is familiar with the safety standards.

The Villa Holly Bay is located in south-west Florida in the city of Cape Coral. This peninsula is located on the Gulf coast and is known as the Venice of America because of its 650 km of long canals. Our villa is also located on on of the stunning canals that flow into the Gulf of Mexico. The villa is located about 25 minutes from the Fort Myers airport. Cape Coral is a peninsula and one of the most beautiful and interesting locations along the gulf coast. In the north, the Cape is connected with the mainland, in the south and west, it borders the Gulf of Mexico and in the East the Caloosahatchee River. In Cape, there are about 145,00 residents. The air was distinguished multiple times and the crime rate is very minimal. Cape Coral is a paradise for water sport fans, fishers, golfers and families. There are almost unlimited possibilities for recreational activities like water parks and amusement parks. The larger parks like Disney, Bush Garden, etc. can be reached in a few hours.

  • Because we use our villa ourselves as a family with 3 children, the house has excellent furnishing. The villa has an indescribable charm. The rental price per day for up to 6 people for the villa is $125.00 (off season) and $ 145.00 (peak season) plus 11% legal taxes and $ 125 final cleaning. During Easter, Christmas and New Years, we charge a seasonal fee of 20% with a minimum stay of 1 week. Included in the rental price are bedsheets, shower and beach towels, pool care, garden care, garbage disposal, TV, internet and telephone fees (regional) and water consumption. The consumption of electricity is included in the rental price for up to $ 35.00 per week. The deposit is $ 350.00 and is to be paid before your holiday begins. You can book a periodic cleaning additionally. We would also be happy to help you get an insured boat or jet ski. We wish you a stunning holiday by us.

Notes: Since we use our villa as a family with our 3 children, the house has excellent furnishing. The villa has an indescribable charm. The living room has a 52' flat-screen TV with a Bose sound system and a peaceful reading corner. The pool facilities have a cozy corner with a practical kitchen for morning brunch or evening BBQs. There is also a small flat-screen TV here. But with the fantastic view of the canal, this will hardly be used. The pool is large and invites you to swim and play. A separate BBQ area with a dining table is located directly by the water to relax. You will love the Villa Holly Bay.

Schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Der Service war sehr gut (z.B. Mikrowelle defekt, wurde sofort getauscht). Auch die Betreuung im Vorfeld war super (Zusendung aller notwendigen Infos und Infos über Cape Coral, etc. ca. 2 Wochen vor Abreise).
Schade war, dass die Gewichte für den Sonnenschirm immer noch nicht verfügbar waren. Eine Nutzung somit ausgeschlossen, was bei den Temperaturen nicht gut war.
Die Umgebung um den Pool hätte gepflegter sein können (Unkrautbewuchs).

Handtücher und Ausstattung des Hauses insgesamt hervorragend. Alles in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.

vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Aufgrund des Sturmes Isaac wurden die Gartenmöbel weggestellt und noch nicht wieder vollständig aufgestellt. Wir bitten dies zu entschuldigen. Eine Mail oder ein Anruf hätte genügt um das Problem zu klären.
In tropischen Ländern ist der Unkrautbewuchs deutlich schneller und intensiver als in Deutschland. Unsere Verwalterin hat sofort gehandelt. Mehr geht nicht.
Da ansonsten alles super war nehmen wir die drei Sterne als Anreiz uns noch weiter zu verbessern.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house. We couldent have had at better holiday then this.
Everything was perfect from start to end and if we needed anything, we got it. Nicola you, are a keyperson for the renters too make there holiday great!!

We stayed for 10 nights at Villa Holly after 4 nights in Miami. the contrast was worth the drive.It only rained once during our stay so most of the time was spent on the Lanai and in the pool. We were pleased that the pool was just the right temerature.Location was great near to bars and restaurants and only a short drive to the bridge into Fort Myers.We travel from the UK to Florida every year and would certainly stay here again.Good home good location good people to deal with,a very good vacation.

My husband and I stayed at the Villa Holly Bay in March while in Ft Myers to see a Red Sox game. Nicola, the property manager, was very friendly, open to suggestions, and very relaxed. The house is very conveniently located (just over the southern most bridge to Cape Coral) and close to all areas of interest in Ft Myers. The home had recently been renovated and was beautiful. The furnishings were lovely, the beds very comfortable, the pool and patio area quite relaxing. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood very quiet. I loved the indoor/outdoor dining area! The only problem was that we couldn't stay longer! We would stay again. Thanks Nicola!
