This luxurious detached house is idyllically located by a little lake in the exclusive World Tennis Club in Naples. First built in 2005, it was completely renovated in 2008 and furnished stylishly to a high standard by an interior architect. Designer branded furniture and newest technology give the house a certain flair not to be found in other holiday homes. A very central location in Naples, in the same street as the Ritz Carlton, with shops close by. The beach is 5 minutes away by car. This estate includes 16 tennis courts of which 11 are sand, swimming pool and whirlpool. Approx. 180 m² living room with adjacent large kitchen with granite breakfast bar, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so this beautiful house has space for up to six persons. First occupancy with high-grade furniture inc. the newest technology (4 LCD TV, 50 inch, 32 inch, 2 x 22 inch DVD player, tel, high speed internet via W-LAN).

In the World Tennis Club there are 11 sand courts, 5 hard courts, centre court with 2500 seats, 10 floodlit courts, so you can play tennis around the clock. ´Full-Service´ professional shop has all you need for the game: professional tennis coaching, tournaments, hire of ball machines, partner finding. Ambitious tennis players will find it’s the answer to their heart’s desire. Diese schöne Villa liegt idyllisch in einer ruhigen Umgebung an einem kleinen See. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind korrekt. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet.Wir haben uns nach langen Beach-Spaziergängen in dieser Villa ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ausgezeichnet. Old Naples ( eleganter Ort und die Naples Beaches (schöne Strände) sind in wenigen Autominuten gut zu erreichen. Diese Villa ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft

Wir waren dieses Jahr im Januar in Naples und fanden im WTC ein sehr elegant eingerichtetes Ferienhaus vor, in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir fahren seit 5 Jahren nach Naples und haben bis Dato kein besser eingerichtetes Ferienhaus gehabt. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf einen hübsch angelegten Teich ist einfach traumhaft. Die angebotenen Anlagen wie Tennisplätze und Schwimmbad haben wir sehr gern genutzt. Um es kurz zu machen 15min vom Flughafen, 10 min zum Outlet Center, 5 min zum Strand und den besten Restaurants und Clubs in Naples, 2 Minuten zu den besten Nord Amerikanischen Brötchen bei Publix. Wir kommen sicher wieder
