August-Viktoria-avenue: appr. 20 min. by underground to the Friedrichstraße, 25 min. Brandenburger gate. Public means of transport approx. 1 min. to foot. You reach the next airport in 15 min. The next rail station in about 25 min. attainable. 2-room flat (51 square meter), in the upper groundfloor. The flat lies to the road and to the green inner court. In the bedroom a bed (140 x 200) and a wardrobe are located. The room lies to the road. A further wardrobe in the corridor. In the living room is a sleep sofa (160 x 200), a table with 4 chairs and a cable TV, radio. This room lies to the inner court. The kitchen is equipped with: 4-electric plates stove with baking-oven, refrigerator with freezing subject, washing machine, water digester, coffee machine, toaster, bread cutter, table-ware, pots, laundry stand, iron etc. Bath with shower, sink, WC and a window. Window with blinds or shutters. No passage rooms. Supermarket at the oposite. Backery 1 minute away.
