Our 115 m2 holiday apartment SUN VIEW will excite you with its comfortable and high-quality equipment. The three large bedrooms have altogether 10 beds and are furnished in a light and friendly manner and have SAT-TV, radio and additional chairs. In front of every room, there is a private furnished patio, where you can spend cozy hours, and enjoy the beautifully designed garden with a pond and stream. A revitalising shower or a relaxing bath can be enjoyed in the large comfortable bathroom. Two separate toilets complete this area. The completely equipped eat-in kitchen pampers you with all comforts, for example, a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, etc. From your holiday domicile, you will have direct access to the large garden that invites you to play table tennis or have a cozy BBQ night.

This very attractive apartment is located on the first floor of our holiday house, which is made of 2 holiday apartments. Upon entering the apartment, you will immediately feel comfortable through the modern comfortable equipment. The four bedrooms offer you space for up to 12 people. Each extra bedroom has its own satellite TV, radio alarm and an additional sitting location. Since the apartment has a total of four furnished balconies, you can decide if you would prefer to relax with the quiet sound of the stream, or if you would like to read a good book in the shade or if you prefer enjoying the sun on the south-facing balcony. The large, naturally equipped eat-in kitchen offers you all types of comfort, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic stove, oven, two refrigerators, freezer, etc. Only a few steps and you will reach the large, beautifully designed garden with table tennis, BBQ, etc.

Our holiday apartment is located stunningly in the triangle Munich-Ingolstad-Augsburg. The city of Tandern was made famous through the films 'Beste Zeit' and 'Beste Gegend', which were produced by the distinguished director Rosenmüller. Both Augsburg and Munich can be reached comfortably by car or train. At the nearest S-train station (Petershausen) towards Munich you will find a large, free park and ride parking lot. From there, the S- and regional trains leave every 20 minutes to the center of our beautiful capital, with its countless recreational options. Dachau is also worth visiting due to its historic old city and the concentration camp memorial. When planning your trip, you should not forget the nearby city of Augsburg. This old Roman city, with its famous puppet theatre, the Fuggerei, the romantic Christmas market, etc. will delight you.

The apartment is equipped with tiles and laminate floors and the mattresses and pillows and blankets are specially equipped for those suffering from allergies! Shopping options: In the city center of Tandern, only a few minutes walk from our house, you will find our baker, who can pamper you with oven-fresh baked goods at 6:30 AM and original Bavarian specialties! This bakery is connected to a small supermarket where you can buy everything you need for daily life and a small drink market. The closest pharmacy, and different doctor offices are located in Hilgertshausen, about 5 km away!

Inns: In Tandern the newly opened EssBar will pamper you. Essbar pampers you with different cafe specialties, fine wines and weekly changing menus! Whether you would like to just drink a glass of wine or you want to unwind with a tasty cocktail or you would like to eat cozily during the evening - you are always taken care of! About 2 km away from Tandern you will find the TAFERNWIRTSCHAFT NIEDERDORF! This typical Bavarian guest house is exactly the right thing for you if you would like to enjoy our typical Bavarian hospitality and the tasty snacks. The large menu will make it difficult for you to decide between the tasty dishes! During the summer, the large, very beautiful beer garden invites you to have sociable hours!

Peter's pony farm: About 4 km away from Tandern you will find this stable with ponies for the small guests and horses for adults. Whether you would like to pamper your children with a pony ride on the Führzügel or you would like to sign up the older guests for an hour ride, here all horse lovers will find something......

Golf: The golf course GUT HÄUSERN is about 12 km away The refined and harmonic composition of forest, sand and water gives the tournament course a special characteristic made according to a Scottish model. Demanding and diverse, the par 72 championship course is there for golfers. A total length of about 6.710 (Champions) and 6 tees per hole guarantee a great experience!

Six of us stayed here as stopover on way from UK to Italy. Accomodation was large clean and extremely well maintained. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was not long enough and would love to go back to spend a bit longer there. One of us is a wheelchair user, and accomodation was totally accessible apart from two steps, (four of us lifted wheelchair). Would suggest people with disablities check carefully as to there capabilities.

Was on Europe driving trip with family - Stayed here for 3 nights in August 2009. Visited Dachau & Munich during our stay here.
Generally a laid back-rural area. Peaceful surrounding- perfect for a relaxing stay.
House owner was very helpful. Met lovable Kimba, their white golden retriever.
House was lovely. We had BBQ on one of the nights.
Another family who were guests in another unit joined us for coffee/ wine!
Would recommend this place - for families who are on driving trip like us!

Hard to find but worth the visit!

We stayed for 3 nights and used as a base to visit Munich and around. It was a very charming area but was difficult to find. GPS is a necessity. We drove to Petershausen and parked there taking the train to Munich. This worked really well and gave our driver a nice break. The pension had everything we needed and was extremely clean and comfortable. There was a lovely local restaurant/beergarden which we went to in the next village, with fabulous food and a fantastic waitress Ingrid. This is well worth a visit. Both the food and service were amazing. This was recommended to us by the owners, who are a lovely couple and were very helpful to us. We would definately come and stay again, in fact we would come for longer next time.

Appena siamo tornati da una vacanza a Monaco di Baviera ed abbiamo scelto questa casa dove soggiornare, eravamo in 7 persone adulte la casa è molto confortevole, grande, pulita e molto curata non manca nulla.
Ha anche un bellissimo gruppi, il ping pong, sdraio per gli Prendere il sole e le biciclette.
Sonja proprietaria La signora è gentilissima e ha dato tutti i consigli Che sono stati molto utili per raggiungere Monaco usando solo l'auto fino alla fermata del treno o della metropolitana, comunque a 10 minuti dalla casa.
Era Semper A disposizione per qualsiasi cosa Fosse servito.
Un giorno se tornassimo a Monaco tornerei sicuramente uno Tandern.

Sehr zu empfehlende komfortable Ferienwohnung

Wir haben im Juni 2009 einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die moderne Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und äußerst komfortabel eingerichtet. Als Beispiel drei tolle möblierte Terrassen, Sonnenschirme und die Hauptterrasse sogar mit Markise!
Sehr hochwertig eingerichtete Einbauküche mit jeglichem Komfort! Toller großer Garten in dem wir herrlich entspannen konnten, Tischtennis gespielt haben und gemütliche Grillabende verbracht haben. Die Nähe zu München ( ideal mit der nahegelegenen S-Bahnstation ) hat uns ebenfalls begeistert! Wir werden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder kommen!
