The 'Festival apartment' is situated a mere 150m from the Palais des Festivals, La Croisette, the beaches, the yacht harbour and the town square in the so called ‚Banane’ (the most exclusive part of the city) on the 2nd floor of a typical French turn-of-the-century building. Close to a supermarket, specialty grocery stores, the airport shuttle and the train station. The clever layout of this approx. 60m2 apartment is designed for 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room, a westside balcony and a fully equipped American pantry. The air condition will keep you cool in the Riviera’s summer. The New Yorker design office „spatial design studio“ has conceptualised the 2nd bedroom on an upper level. The furniture is modern and elegant but cheerful. Guests can use a free wireless high-speed connection, watch TV or DVD on a giant flat screen with numerous international TV-stations that are viewable via satellite or listen to their music on the i-pod-docking-station.

Only 150m (500 feet) from the Palais des Festivals, the famous beaches of La Croisette, the yacht harbor, the romantic old town 'Le Suquet' and the central square with it’s many restaurants & cafe’s. The perfect location in the ‚Banane’ makes this apartment perfect for business trips as well as beach holidays. In your direct neighborhood (100m, 300feet) you will find a supermarket and many specialty grocery stores. The department store ‚Monoprix’, the airport shuttle and the train station are less than 5 Min by foot away. Everything is in walking distance and you won’t need a car, Thanks to the near train station you can easily plan daytrips to Antibes, St.Tropez or Nice.

  • Please be aware of special exhibition prices: MIPIM 3.800 Euro, Film Festival 5.500 Euro, Mipcom, Mip-TV & Advertising Festival 2.300 Euro, MIDEM 1.800 Euro, Tax Free, Mapic & Mipim Horizons 1.300 Euro.
  • Upon arrival you will be greeted personally by our English speaking representative and will be given a tour of the apartment. The final cleaning for 80 Euro is mandatory. Sheets and towels can either be rented for 35 Euro per person or you can bring your own.
    To make the reservation binding you will need to deposit 30% of the total amount. The remaining sum needs to be paid 4 weeks prior to your trip. A security deposit of 500 Euro has to be paid on arrival and will be reimbursed at the end of your stay, providing there is no damage in the apartment or items missing.

    Sheets and towels can either be rented for 35 Euro per person or you can bring your own.

  • The apartment is designed for up to 5 people. The spacious master bedroom has two separate 90x200cm beds that can be hooked together if you wish, two build-in closets plus a small working desk. The second sleeping room has two built-in fullsize beds (140x195cm) and is situated on a higher level. Lit stairs with six stages lead from the living room into the bedroom. The height of the ceiling is lower than in the rest of the apartment (190 cm) but still high enough to walk upright. This bedroom captivates by its cosiness and the broad loungebeds. On top there is also a comfortable daybed sofa in the living room for napping or one person to sleep on. A babybed is stored on the premises.

Hello everybody.
This year was our first time in this appartement but second time we cooperated with the owner. Both times we got a fast reply, fair prices and all the information we needed for the arrival.
This appartement is very nice. With great interior, clean and new. Very important to mention the service in Cannes itself.
We would do it again.

Das Apartment ist so zentral gelegen, dass man das Gefühl hat, Einheimischer zu sein. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Apartment ruhig. Es ist sauber und gemütlich, man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. So lässt sich der Urlaub noch entspannter verbringen! Cannes ist eine traumhafte Stadt und es ist nicht einfach, eine gute und günstige Unterkunft zu finden. Aber diesmal hatte ich das Glück, eine solche zu finden... Sehr empfehlenswert!

I can only recommend this apartment

We were particularly pleased with the location. The apartment is located right in the shopping area (there is a great French bakery downstairs for breakfast) and within walking distance to the beach, the Palais des Festivals, the old town, the long-distance train station and the central bus station. The apartment is very comfortable and cleverly arranged. A built-in cube separates it into two levels, so that there is ample space even with five persons (there were four of us); at the same time, it would not be too spacious for only one or two persons. Nothing is missing from a modern furnishing: The are two high-quality bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, ample cabinet space, modern seating accomodation and (should you find the time in beautiful Cannes) a TV set with what seem to be all channels on this globe. A fixed-line telephone is also provided. I can only recommend this apartment and will surely be back (as will my travelling companions).

Hi to everybody, I have been in this appartment several times and its always a pleasure to be here, since you have got everything you need, also when you are here in a group. In particular the fact, that you have two bathrooms is very convenient. And its right in the heart of the city. If you fall out of the door, you stand right in front of the Palais de Festival. Don't miss the experience of staying at this appartment!

wish i was still there...

We stayed at this small, but very well layoutet apartment in the center of Cannes for 5 days, and it felt like home instantly. The staircases was (even for an elevator spoilt person like me) easily do-able, since it's very low steps.
The gallery-style 2nd bedroom upstairs is really nice and we felt like having our own little secret hide-away up there.
The red modern cube in a turn-of-the-century house is a good design idea and we felt like copying it - if we had high ceilings like that.
The location is very central, and sunny - although we thought it was quite a lot of noise on the street, but then lived to enjoy it because it was adding to the french flair.
We did forget about the little step in the living room every once in a while - but that could also be due to the excellent rose wine of the Provence...
We will be back!
