The new apartment-domicile Villa Christina was built in 2008. It's located directly across the fabulous bay of Nas. The apartment has a big terrace with view towards the sea and the nearby river valley. Especially nice is the sunset of Nas and the proximity to the beach. Here you can enjoy relaxed holidays away from main tourism. Particularly suitable for couples and families with max. two children.

Posso dire di essere stata favorevolmente colpoita dalla bellezza dell'isola di Ikaria.Le informazioni apprese su Eco-Ikaria erano proprio rispondenti al vero. Talvolta ci si trovava di fronte a a lughi che nella reealtà si presentavano spettacolari, selvaggi, meravigliosi. Gli abitanti: gentili, generosi, autentici.Per non parlare poi di Villa Christina,bellissima la casa, bellissima la posizione, unica, incantevole, romantica....che dire, una vacanza super. Porto un ricordo magico e forse vi ritornerò anche la prossima estate perchè mai mi era accaduto di trovare un benessere psicofisico così perfetto in vacanza. Comlimenti!

We were on honeymoon. Very impressed. The whole place was pristine and cool, and was private and quiet. It was walkable to the village and yet felt remote. The view was FANTASTIC and sunset was INCREDIBLE from the terrace. You go to sleep hearing the sea which is lovely. The beach is 10 mins walk away and is largely a nudist beach but this wasn't a problem. The beach was really quite busy when we were there in August. Might have been nice to have had some water and small amount of basic food (eg bread and fruit) in the fridge on arrival. Not very many pans for cooking. Perhaps some prperty/local information in the villa would have been good. Owner Dimitri easily available and good mopeds available locally.

...ein Traum zum Erholen

Insel, Ort und Apartment waren einfach ein Traum. Sicher nicht für Leute, die viel Trubel, Party oder sonst was suchen, aber für die, die einfach mal runter kommen wollen ist die Villa Christina in Nas genauch das richtige. Ein sauberes, für zwei Personen absolut ausreichendes Apartment mit einer riesigen Terrasse mit spektakulärem Blick über Nas, die Bucht von Nas und das Meer.
Der Ort besteht aus ganz wenigen Häusern, von denen die meisten eigentlich Tavernen sind, deren Bedienungen und Besitzer unglaublich freundlich sind.
Alles in allem: einfach zu empfehlen!

Der phantastische Blick weit über das Meer und hinunter zur kleinen Bucht von Nas hat uns ebenso begeistert wie die große Terrasse, von der aus man die tollen Sonnenuntergänge oder den Sternenhimmel genießen kann. Das Appartement war überaus geräumig, hell und ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besitzer und Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, man fühlt sich trotzdem nicht abgeschieden, da es in der Nähe mehrere wirklich ausgezeichnete Tavernen und die Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen gibt.

Ikaria selbst ist landschaftlich sehr attraktiv und fruchtbar und bietet wunderbare Wander- und Bademöglichkeiten. Sowohl der heimische Wein als auch das selbst angebaute Gemüse sind sehr schmackhaft. Da die Insel langgestreckt und relativ hoch ist, empfiehlt sich - zumindest zeitweise - ein Leihwagen.

Ruhige Wohnung mit tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Nas mit einem sagenhaften Sonnenuntergang. Toller Service und Ausstattung(alle 3-4Tage neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche, Spülmittel und Schwamm, Toilettenpapier, Müllentsorgung und gelegentlich Früchte oder Gemüse), was für Ferienwohnungen selten ist.
Absolute Erholung beim Baden an Sandstranden (Nordküste), schnorcheln an den Kiesstränden (Südküste, vorallem die Seycellenbucht - ein Muss!), oder Wandern (Herrliche Kieferwälder vorallem in der Gegend von Christos Raches und im Canyon des Staussees),
Zeit der Entspannung und des Lesens, da keine deutschen Zeitungen, kein Radio und nur einen Fernseher mit 1 schlecht empfangenen Programm gibt.
Für Romantiker abseits der großen Touristenströme eineTipp

Restaurants und kleine "Tante Emma-Läden" in Nas und Armenistis mit sehr guter Qualität.
Für die vielseitigen Entdeckungen die die Insel birgt ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen (Ikaria-Holidays in Nas - günstig und unkompliziert).
