A Spacious Villa, divided into two self contained apartments.

A large elegant villa, south facing with sun all day. Behind electric gates with video entry, parking for 6 cars. A 12 x 4m Infinity pool with saline purification, which can be heated. The villa is divided into two fully equipped separate apartments, so can be taken as a whole or separately. One apartment sleeping 6 and the other 4. There is a lovely garden with barbeque and dining area. A pool house with toilet, shower, hand basin and changing room. There are French doors leading to a large 70sq.mtr terrace with dining for 10 people with stunning views out to sea.

Linen & towels included.

Electricity the final Clean and Pool maintenance are included in the rental charge.

There are no hidden extras to pay.

Maid Service can be arranged.

The Villa is located above the coast, between Nice and Monaco, perfectly placed for exploring the whole coastline. It is a 20 minute drive to Monaco a little further to the Italian border. Less than 10 minutes to the three most exclusive bays of Cap Ferrat Beaulieu sur Mer and Villefranche. The lovely coastal train can be picked up in either Beaulieu or Villefranche which will take you into Italy via Monaco or to Cannes via Nice. There are buses five minutes away also restaurants within walking distance.

Villa Sunsong is nice

This is a nice villa but needs some work especially painting in the dining living area. We stayed in the 3 BR unit from Nov 1-through 10, 2010. The unit was clean a nice location to see most of the Riveria. A car is a necessity in order to get around. I would not call this elegant but very adequate. Two of the BR's have two single beds, the bathrooms are fine. The kitchen does not have a coffee make but has the European style where you use course ground coffee ( which makes good coffee) but you do not have hot coffee all the time. The microwave is not easy to use-takes some figuring out. It was quiet with little street/road noise. The only noise occurred when people arrived later in the evening for the apartment in the upper level which was not a big problem in the BR with the queen bed. Received the damage deposit back verly quickly.

We do an annual makover each year, it has been busy until quite late in the season and it was unfortunate that you were one of the last clients before repainting. This year we are having a brand new fitted kitchen so the place will be in top shape for the coming season.
Yes we take our coffee differently here in Europe but thanks to your feedback we are now have a new coffee maker.
